Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 1512

Robert was taken aback. He walked over with a bewildered expression. "That's me. What's the issue?"

The suited man lifted his ID badge, showing it to everyone. "We're with the Major Crimes Unit. You are suspected of impersonating the Piano Association to commit fraud and holding unauthorized gatherings. Please come with us for questioning."

With that, he swiftly snapped handcuffs onto Robert's wrists.

"And the rest of you," the man added, turning to the Terzians and the group of women, "you'll need to come to the station as well to provide statements."

Abraham stood frozen, finally realizing the gravity of the situation. Helen and Chandler had been right—this was a sham association. He shot a furious glare at Katie and Diana, a dangerous glint in his eyes.

Diana remained oblivious, continuing to mutter complaints about the police. Meanwhile, Katie caught Abraham's gaze and quickly looked away, guilt written all over her face. It was clear she had been aware of the situation.

That night, the Terzian family erupted into an unprecedented argument.

"I've invested so much in you and never denied you a single allowance. Is this how you repay me? How dare you collude with these outsiders to deceive me? Do you think you can make a fool out of me?

"And you! You spend all your time having tea with friends or getting your nails done, never bothering to be involved in raising your daughter. She's become this way because of you!"

Diana and Katie weathered a relentless tirade while Helen sat nearby. She casually sipped her tea with her legs crossed, utterly unfazed by the chaos around her.

Katie buried her head in her chest, feeling the weight of Abraham's angry words. The louder he shouted, the more her resentment toward Helen grew.

Katie's friends had run the fake association scam countless times without issue, yet the moment "Kaylee" entered the picture, everything fell apart. It had to be "Kaylee" who reported them out of spite—she simply couldn't bear to see Katie succeed.

"Forget it," Abraham said, waving his hand dismissively. "You failed the first time, and now you're wrapped up in this mess. I've completely lost hope."

"Dad, you can't give up on me!" Katie cried, gripping his arm and looking to Diana for support. "Mom, please say something!"

"Yes, Abraham," Diana said, stepping in reluctantly. "Katie's still young, and it's understandable that she was deceived. Piano has always been her dream. Please let her continue learning."

"You don't know what you're talking about," Abraham snapped. "She's simply not cut out to be a pianist. Giving up now is just a smart way to cut losses and avoid future embarrassment."

"No, Dad, please! I can still turn this around! I just need to find the world-renowned pianist, Ms. Spencer. If she teaches me, I know I'll definitely succeed!"
