Under the Heiress' Facade novel Chapter 911

Norman felt cold sweat all over his body. He had intended to take credit for revealing Nicholas to be Dylan and Dora's father. In the end, Norman never expected that he would get it all wrong.

He felt as if he was completely done for. Who knew if he could even leave this place alive?

"Mr. Killian, my apologies. It was all a misunderstanding. I got it mixed up. It's all because of these incompetent employees. I hope you won't hold it against us," Geoffrey hurriedly uttered with an awkward smile.

Bernard yelled, "Get lost!"

Norman immediately scampered once he heard Bernard. Even Geoffrey dared not to stay any longer and left instantly.

Only Bernard, Dylan, and Dora remained in the courtyard.

"Dyl, what should we do now? Did we cause trouble? Will Daddy refuse to accept us?" Dora asked Dylan in a low voice after tugging him into the living room at the western wing.

Hera once said that Bernard was sick, so he was still unaware of their existence. Now that he had seen the paternity test report, did that mean Hera's plan was ruined? Would Bernard not want them anymore?

"He's already a grown man in his 30s. He should be able to accept reality," Dylan answered in a low voice.

"Would Daddy throw us to the wolves in the mountains? I heard them say that Daddy usually feeds the people he hates to the wolves in the mountains," Dora continued.

Dylan answered, "Even tigers don't eat their cubs."

"But I read online that although tigers are fierce and they don't eat their cubs, that's not guaranteed. If the cub has an odd smell or has been in contact with other animals, the mother tiger will eat their cubs!" Dora exclaimed.

"You actually learned all of this online?" Dylan was baffled.

"Don't look down on me, okay!" Dora pouted. She then suddenly recalled something. "But Daddy is male, so he won't be like a female tiger. He probably won't eat us."

Dylan exclaimed, "Obviously!"

Bernard stood at the door, listening to their discussion. He silently wondered if he was that terrifying.
