Under the Heiress' Facade novel Chapter 1031

Eli and Dora had fled in such a hurry that they didn't see the director, Titus Lloyd, who just so happened to be there to check if any of his students were at the cybercafé.

Colliding head-first with the director wasn't a big deal. The director was a kind and forgiving person, after all.

The thing was that the collision resulted in the director's wig falling off his head under the gazes of all the people around them.

Who knew that the director, who had always had healthy, thick hair, was actually bald?

The students who walked by and witnessed the scene couldn't stifle their laughter.

"May I be so bold as to ask who this bald guy is? Is he the Mr. Lloyd I've always known?" said one of the students.

"Who knew that Mr. Lloyd has gone bald?"

"Look at his hair!"

"I can see my reflection on his head!"

"Where did he get his wig? It looks so real. No one noticed it was fake before this."

Titus' expression turned increasingly dark with every remark. Furious and abashed, he roared, "Dora Youngworth, Eli Gaskell!"

Dora's heart leaped to her throat. Compared to those lackeys in the alley, she was much more afraid of Titus.

After all, Hera told Dora's teachers before that they could punish Dora if she did anything unacceptable. In other words, the teachers needn't bother with Hera's identity.

And all this while, Titus had always been a fair and righteous educator who meted out punishment fairly. He had never been a soft-hearted person when it came to punishing Dora. He treated her just like all the other students at school.

Alas, not only did Dora make his wig fall off, but she was also seen holding hands with Eli. She was doomed!

On second thought, Dora came from a rich family. Eli was a problematic student, so he probably couldn't understand why she feared Titus because of their different backgrounds.

"It's all my fault," Eli said. "It has nothing to do with her. Do what you want to me."

His righteous and adamant tone angered Titus even further.

Eli had always shown problematic behavior at school, which had caused Titus a lot of trouble. However, Amelia had pleaded with Titus more than once to give Eli another chance. This gave Titus quite a headache.

"Of course, it's because of you!" Titus hollered. "Dora's always been a good student. She wouldn't do anything like this if it weren't for you. I'll have your mother see me at my office after school tomorrow "

Annoyed, Eli furrowed his brows. He knew Titus was prejudiced from the beginning. Unable to suppress his anger, he snapped back, "Yeah, I know! It's my problem, so the parent you'll meet tomorrow should be my mom only. You don't need to call her parents to come over."

Titus was even more infuriated at Eli for talking back. "You're incorrigible! You just never change!"
