After ending the call, Owen looked at Tyson with a faint smile. "Mr. Lamb, we'll be hearing news soon enough. But before that, I still want to meet the enigmatic president of Myth Group."
Tyson frowned slightly and said, "Is that really necessary? He's not going to back down, so wouldn't it be more satisfying to just take action directly?"
The moment Owen saw Tyson's expression, he knew exactly what he was worried about. Patting Tyson on the shoulder, he said, "Relax, no one can take your place. Even if Malcom decides to side with us, we won't replace you with him.
"Of course, if he truly has the sense to join us, we won't treat him unfairly either. But between him and you, we trust you more. So, keep that in mind and understand where you stand, alright?"
Hearing this, Tyson broke into a cheerful smile. Damn right—compared to someone like Malcom, who might not be easily controlled, Tyson was the one Owen and the others truly needed.
Meanwhile, Malcolm Gould, nicknamed Lense, had just returned to his villa after a long day of work. The villa was heavily guarded, with at least a dozen security personnel stationed around the property. Surveillance cameras covered every angle, ensuring that Malcolm's safety was well secured.
This time, however, Malcolm faced an entirely different threat—a formidable alliance led by Owen. What made matters worse was that a traitor had emerged within Myth Group itself.
Sitting in his study, Malcolm opened his computer and initiated a video call with Nolan. The affairs of Myth Group were progressing smoothly, but Malcolm wasn't oblivious to the faint signs of trouble brewing beneath the surface.
Meanwhile, at Misty Hill, Nolan was hosting a grand banquet, and the guests were the key power players who had visited Rio Village earlier that day.
Every guest who stepped into Misty Hill was struck with awe—the word "breathtaking" was on everyone's lips. Even the air itself seemed unusually crisp and sweet.
With that, Nolan excused himself and made his way to a tranquil island in the middle of the lake.
On the island, Nolan received a video call from Malcolm. As soon as the call connected, Malcolm quickly apologized before Nolan could say a word.
"Mr. Green, I must apologize for not making it to Rio Village today. Please forgive me."
Nolan smiled and shook his head. "I was the one who told you not to come in the first place, so you've done nothing wrong. Myth Group is at a critical juncture right now. Since rapid expansion is the goal, your role is crucial. Focus on your tasks—leave everything else to me."
Malcolm nodded and replied, "Mr. Greene, I wanted to update you on that. Everything is ready now. We were delayed for a few days because of some procedural issues, but those have been resolved. If possible, I'd like to hold a press conference within three days to announce the launch of Myth Group's three new products. Once we do, Myth Group will enter a period of explosive growth!"
