"You're so sexy ..." Sherman glanced at him, narrowing her eyes.
"I think so, too ..." Kingsley took a look at his chest and then he beckoned to her, "Come here, I'll help you bathe."
Sherman shook her head and refused him, her arms crossed. But Kingsley wouldn’t budge; he then reached out and pulled her into his arms.
The man began to help her bathe. After a while, he simply removed his suit pants and seated himself in the bathtub.
The two were bathing happily when Kingsley's phone rang. Luke was calling again. Luke said he dreamed about Merlin and couldn't fall asleep again, so he wanted Kingsley to have a drink with him.
Kingsley frowned but agreed. He then hung up the phone.
Kingsley bathed Sherman gently. He dried her body with a towel and then wrapped her in a bathrobe. He kissed her lips, saying, "I'll be right back ..."
Holding her jaw with her hands, Sherman gazed at Kingsley, who was dressing in front of her, "Why not take the tub of bathwater with you? He can drink to
his heart's content. He is quite a nuisance."
"You are being naughty, aren’t you?" He chuckled, "I a m thinking about the same thing..."
"We are connected!" Sherman pulled the quilt and tucked herself in. "He is quite annoying. He always takes you away from me as if you are his man."
Kingsley ran his fingers through the hair by her ear, "I will have it settled..."
Sherman shook her head and shrugged, "It doesn't matter if it can't be solved. I think that Luke is quite a weird person. We’d better not hold a grudge with people like him."
Luke sneered, feeling it ironic, "You loved her when she was alive? Don't you remember how she died? And why did she die?"
"I always remember it. But everything about Zora occurred in the past. I used to think I would forever be stuck by those memories before I met Sherman. I was i n love with Zora when I was twenty years old, and I a m in love with Sherman when I am in my midthirties. The two aren't mutually exclusive. If Zora hadn't died, I would have spent the rest of my life with her, but there is nothing like might-have-been. I am destined to meet Sherman in my life. I know my feelings for Zora and Sherman."
Kingsley knew how he felt about Sherman and Zora.
'Yeah.' Luke just wanted to sneer, "She died in such a horrible way.How can you live down her death and fall in love with another woman?"
"As you have said, I have lived down her death, which means that I'm over Zora. If one keeps a departed person in mind, they will forever be stuck in distress. Do not impose your opinions and thoughts on me ..." Kingsley tapped on the glass in front of him with his long fingers and watched it vibrate, "You always think I don’t know that you love Zora. I just don’t want to point it out."
Luke stiffened and grasped the bottle tightly, "No, I don't!" "Really? Then why do you grasp the bottle so hard? If you grasp it with greater force, the bottle may break in your hand."
