She gives me puppy dog eyes.

"Fine, I'll come with you!" I accepted her proposal after being emotionally blackmailed into it.

I dragged my coat as we both walked out of the building, Elena took notice of us from her office and smiles.

We drove to an unknown destination and after a long drive, the car stopped.

I turned to see and got hooked by its beauty.

"Welcome to my secret spot! I come here anytime I wanna escape from my problems".

Riya explains.

She brings out a blanket and asked me to seat, the beautiful scene calmed me down, I felt an unusual peace but caught Riya stealing glances at me

"Riya, are you feeling okay, you are acting strange," I asked.

"Yes I am," she shook her head.

We spent the whole day together, talking to each other, for the first time Riya and I talked without arguing.

The stars came and I got to see Riya In a different light.

"Beautiful". I blab without thinking.

She moved closer and our lips kept touching, Riya's eyes were in sync with the stars, she had the most beautiful eyes, I tried to look away, however, she pulls me back and leaned in for a kiss.

I couldn't bring myself to stop.

But the image of seeing her die right In front of me triggered me back to my senses. I pulled her away and warned her not to attempt such madness again, base on that, we returned home in a tense mood.

As we read so far, Riya kissed Salem, and out of fear, he warned her not to do much anymore.

One month later

Everything seems to be going my way, little by little, Elena's trust kept growing, she always ask for my option before doing anything, if only she knew who she gave her trust too.

"Good morning Salam"

I veered back to see Elena in my room, I wonder if she needed another piece of advice from me.

"Good morning aunt" I said with a warm smile.

I took notice osomething strange in her behavior, she fills up the space between us and asked me a question, "If I tell you to do something for me, will you?" She says pausing for my response.

I had no idea what duties she wants from me, but I gave in to her demands, "yes ma'am, how may I be of help?" I asked.

Elena brought out a sealed envelope, Inside was a check of one million dollars, "I don't understand ma'am" I hoisted up my head looking confused.

In return for my look, she pulls out an address to me and said, "go over to this address, ask for doctor Dave and give him this money, okay?".

I almost went out the moment he said that.

Of cause, I should have noticed something was strange.

"Excuse me"

I walked out of the hospital in a rush and drove back home wanting to kill a particular someone.

The moment I got home, I rushed in to see the person, I wanted to speak with so badly.

"How can you be so wicked, Mom".

Elena veered back in shock the moment she heard my voice.

"What did you just call me?" She asked.

"I called you mom, have you forgotten? That very day, you killed everyone, my father, my uncle, and my nanny".

I replied.

Taking heed of the truth, Elena gasped out in disbelief, she couldn't believe her son would be alive, after being tossed off the cliff.

"Impossible, I looked and searched for your body, no you cannot be my son,"

She wouldn't believe it.

In her moment of shock, I pulled out a gun and pointed at her, "what! Don't I look like my father, and guess what! You are the most shitty mom ever and I pray you to rot in hell!".

The gun goes off, which immediately pulled me out of my fantasy world.
