The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1695

When Roza arrived at her design studio, she saw Coral sitting stiffly, waiting.

“You’re Mrs. Iverson, right?”

Upon hearing Roza’s words, Coral hurriedly got up. “Yes, M-Ms Walker.”

Without further words, Roza scanned the woman in front of her up and down. She felt somewhat surprised by the woman before her.

As the eldest young madam of the Iverson family, Roza thought Coral would be elegant and assertive. However, that was not the case.

Coral only wore a simple white suit, and her hair was neatly tied up. Although she had makeup on, it failed to conceal her weary spirit.

“Mrs. Iverson, please have a seat.”

Initially, Roza came here with resentment toward Coral. However, she could not bring herself to act rashly after seeing Coral’s condition. So, she decided to wait and see what Coral would do.

“Ms. Walker, I know my visit is abrupt and presumptuous, but I hope you can help me design an evening gown.”

Coral pleaded eagerly, “Money is not an issue. Whatever others can offer, I’m willing to pay double or triple that price. It’s not a problem. But please make an evening gown for me! I beg you!”

“Mrs. Iverson, I’m just a designer. Please don’t use such strong words.”

Roza noticed Coral’s trembling hand gripping the teacup. Coral’s eyes were glazed, and her mental state was clearly troubled.

Seeing this, Roza spoke softly, “But my studio has always operated on an appointment basis since its opening. No one has ever been able to bypass this rule. If everyone could cut in line, it would severely delay our schedule and compromise the quality of our work. It’s not just about our reputation but also fairness to our clients. So, please…”

Before Roza could finish her sentence, Coral suddenly slumped down and kneeled on the ground before her.

“Mrs. Iverson! What are you doing?!” Roza exclaimed in surprise, rushing forward to help Coral up.

Just as she lifted the woman, she unintentionally glimpsed something.

Roza dismissed all her staff and assistants, leaving only Coral and herself in the spacious room.

She personally took Coral’s measurements and swiftly picked out three dresses that matched her style and figure.

“Mrs. Iverson, what do you think about these three? If they aren’t to your liking, I can choose some other gowns for you.”

Coral did not hesitate long. She quickly embraced a dark green gown, as if afraid Roza might suddenly change her mind and refuse to sell the gown to her. “There’s no need for that. This one is perfect.”

Roza’s delicate eyelashes quivered as she watched Coral’s tense expression. She could not help but feel sad for Coral.

“Ready-made gowns can never compare to tailored ones. They have their flaws. To achieve the best look, why don’t you try it on in the fitting room first? I’ll make any necessary adjustments right away.”

Coral hesitated briefly. Eventually, she entered the fitting room.
