CHAPTER 29
Paloma's warning was scary, however, Daniella believed there was nothing to worry about. She believed his words, his promises, and everything that he said. When she decided to give him another chance, she also decided not to be biased with him, and she also promised to cooperate. As some people said, it would take two to tango, and so, her cooperation was needed to make their relationship work.
Daniella inquired when Marcus instructed her to accompany him outdoors. After lunch, AJ needed to nap, and everyone else was taking siestas as was customary.
"We need to speak," he stated.
She agreed since they had a lot to talk, particularly since they were already in Oslob. "You stated that we must speak, yet why are you silent?" She inquired as to why the man remained silent as they walked down the slope to their private beach.
"I'm not sure we're headed in the correct direction," Marcus responded.
When he said that, her heart sank. "What are you referring to?" A part of her desired to know why he said it, while another part desired to disregard his comment and continue going.
"I was going to take you to the vineyard, but it appears as though we're heading to the beach instead." He answered, but was taken aback by the woman's smack on his arm. "Why?"
She was naive to believe Marcus stated it in reference to their current circumstances. "Is it the vineyard?" Why?"
"While that location was unsuitable for dating, it was memorable for me. Do you realize I couldn't stop thinking about your face while we made love there?" He grinned as he recalled how the woman responded to his kiss and touch, and even thinking it gave him an erection.
"Eww! However, I couldn't forget about you either, particularly when you raced nude to collect our clothing. Wasn't it the most amusing experience you've ever had?" She burst out laughing when she recalled the amusing situation in the field. Now that she had left everything to chance, she had less concerns. If she and Marcus were destined to be together, she would be the happiest person on the planet. Otherwise, she would be content because she would try all possible to make it work. She intends to work with the man who desired to provide AJ with a complete family.
"That, as well," he added to her laughing, and their voices mixed perfectly with the background singing birds. He was so thrilled holding her hand as they strolled towards their goal that she forgot about Alicia Ramirez.
It was high tide, and the waves beckoned them in for a swim. "Would you like to swim?" He inquired when he observed she was unable to pull her gaze away from the water.
"I wish I could, but my clothing are not suitable for swimming," she said.
"Dani, this is a private beach. Nobody would look down on you for swimming in your pants," he persuaded her. He was aware that she looked nice in bikinis, but he wished Daniella would refrain from exposing too much skin for everyone to see. Only he should be permitted to observe her in a seductive bikini.
"You are correct," she acknowledged as she moved toward the ocean. Marcus quickly followed, and they were soon chuckling in the water, enjoying one other's presence. Even though the sun was still high in the sky, they continued to disregard it.
"Dani...," he yelled her name as he felt the symptoms of his own release and pushed into her faster and faster until he couldn't stop it from flowing into her body. She shook with delight at the climax that poured over her entire existence simultaneously with Marcus's sperm discharge.
Their clothing was drenched from earlier swimming, yet they were forced to re-wear them. Because it was still raining outside, they decided to remain in the gazebo until the rain stopped. She rested her head on his shoulder while they listened to the sound of raindrops on the gazebo's roof. "How is it that being together in the rain is romantic in films?" She enquired.
"Isn't that the case?" Marcus found it romantic to spend the day indoors with Daniella as if they were on a lovely picnic on a wet day.
"I'm not sure," she said, but she could never tell if it was romantic while she was shivering and felt uncomfortable in the chilly weather.
"Let me do something to make you appreciate rainy days," he muttered, and the sound of their groaning and panting combined perfectly with the sound of the rain falling on the ground.
