When Scarlett came out of the ladies' room, she caught a glimpse of a woman hurrying by. She subconsciously looked at the woman and found it was Kimora.
Then Scarlett remembered the events of that night and she unconsciously raised her eyebrows. She withdrew her gaze and continued her track toward Chris.
Getting to her seat, she looked at Chris. Her eyes fell on his face and she smiled, "Who upset you?"
Chris looked up at her. "A woman just said a lot of crap to me."
"Was that Kimora? She used to be Alexander's fiancee, but she's not anymore.
Alexander has called off his engagement to her." "Hmm," Chris responded. He wasn't much interested in Kimora. "Shall I drive you back to the office?"
Scarlett had a meeting this afternoon. She nodded her head at his offer.
Chris paid the bill. The two left the restaurant.
Half an hour later, the car pulled up at Teuton's office building.
It had been 7 days since Chris had been in the country. Tomorrow he would take a flight back to Bomsville.
On the evening before Chris left the country, they had dinner together. They were both sad to leave each other.
Although Chris had lost most of his memories, he gradually remembered some scratches of the old days he spent with Scarlett.
The moments they had together in the past came to his mind from time to time, but Chris didn't tell Scarlett about them.
