"Thank you, Blaze."
Although Alison was on summer vacation, most people had to go to work. To avoid the rush hour and not get stuck in the highway, they had to leave before 8:30 a m., so Alison and Luis went back to their room to get their luggage after breakfast.
When Alison went out with her luggage, Luis was already waiting for her with his suitcase.
When he saw her come out, he reached out and took her luggage. "You take this first."
Then, he handed her the bag with snacks.
Alison looked at it. "I can take the luggage, Luis..."
Luis guessed what she wanted to say.
Then, he carried the suitcase directly in his left hand while carrying the duffel bag in his right. He walked past her and headed downstairs.
Seeing this, Alison hurriedly followed him.
The driver had already driven the car out of the garage. The two of them walked straight out of the villa gate. At that moment, the car was parked in front of the villa.
Blaze knew they were going to the beach, so he especially prepared a spacious seven-seater SUV for them.
Luis put their suitcases into the trunk.
Then he put away the chairs in the front seat. Luis and Alison could sit in the back seat. And they could put their stretched-out legs in the space in front of them.
Alison got into the car before she remembered to take her phone out to send a message to Alexa. The moment she had just finished sending the message, the car started slowly.
She just looked up and saw a pill suddenly appear in front of her.
Alison was stunned for a moment. "Luis, what is this?"
"To treat Motion sickness."
Alison remembered that she had slept the whole way on the bus when she came back the day before. When she woke up, she was still dizzy. Then, she swallowed the pill straight away.
"How long will it take us to get there, Luis?"
Luis glanced down as well. Then he saw a message from Alexa to Alison that said to ask Luis to bring his camera.
Alison was embarrassed and explained, " Alexa said the beach was beautiful, so she asked me to take more pictures of the beautiful scenery."
Luis didn’t believe Alison because Alexa wasn't the one who would appreciate the scenery.
He snorted. "I brought my camera."
He said, pausing to look at Alison. "I can take pictures."
When Alison saw Luis looking at him, she felt as if she was about to be seen through by him. Then, blushing, she said, "Well, I don't know how."
Luis muttered a reply and handed her the headphones.
Alison took it over and put on the headphones. At that moment, the sound of waves came from the headphones. Then she heard an old song called "Listening to the sea".
When Alison was working part-time in that coffee shop back then, the coffee shop liked to play this song. When she heard this song again, she was in a trance. She felt as if she had gone back in time.
