Flirting With My Ex-husband novel Chapter 1422

"All right." Blaze responded, the smile on his face meaningful.

"Alison's not a good drinker. Why did she drink so much?"

"I guess she wasn't paying attention. Alexa gave her the wine."

Blaze glanced at Alison again, and then he asked Luis, "Alexa is not chasing you anymore lately?"

"No." Luis answered. Then he tilted his head and drank most of his glass of water." Blaze, what are you trying to ask?"

Blaze smiled, "It doesn't matter what I wanted to ask."

Luis got nervous, and his ears reddened. He glanced at Alison again, "Does she need the medicine to soak up the alcohol?"

"She's fine.”

Blaze then called Alison, "Alison, do you like the honey water?"

"I like it. It's sweet."

Then something occurred to Alison, and she turned to Luis, "Luis, where's my bag?"

Luis grabbed the bag on the couch behind him and handed it to Alison.

"Thank you." Alison took the bag and rummaged around in it for a while. Then she took out a box of cookies she made in the afternoon and handed it to Blaze," Blaze, try some."

Blaze thought Alison was out of her mind to give him such a cute box, and he smiled,

"Why are you giving me such a cute box?"

"It's a box of cookies." Luis interjected.

Blaze blinked, opened the box, and saw the cookies wrapped in blotting paper inside.

Then Blaze took his phone and walked to the balcony.

Luis watched Blaze's back. Soon, he withdrew his eyes and looked at Alison," Have you finished your water?"

Alison had already finished the honey water. She held the glass upside down to show Luis that it was empty. "See?"

"Then I'll take you to your room."

Alison slowly put the glass down and said," I can go upstairs myself."

Luis' paused at Alison's words. "You're going to your room by yourself?"

Alison nodded heavily, "Uh-huh."

But as soon as she got up, she fell back onto the couch.
