Flirting With My Ex-husband novel Chapter 1407

Alexa didn't care about what he said. Ever since she disliked Luis, she had found his presence offending to the eye.

Luis had a crush on Alison, but Alison saw him as a brother. Alexa snickered to herself at the thought of it.

She didn't want Alison to know that.

Otherwise, she would have laughed out loud.

Alexa told Alison many times that Luis liked her, but the single-minded girl wouldn't believe it. Alexa’s efforts only made her doubt it.

So far, Alison still didn’t think that Luis liked her.

Alexa, a bystander, was happy to see that.

She recalled those days when Luis kept rejecting her and felt that karma was really a bitch. Now it was Luis's turn to suffer from being rejected.

The more Alexa thought about it, the more delighted she got. Even Alison noticed it." Alexa, what are you laughing about?"

She looked quite happy.

Upon hearing that, Alexa quickly restrained her emotions. "Nothing, I just remember a dog I used to chase after.

Funny, hahaha..."

Did Luis know he would come to this one day?

Alison didn't get it, but Alexa's good mood influenced her. She couldn't help but curl her lips.

The table had been reserved, and the dishes had been ordered. Since almost everyone was there, the waiter started to serve the dishes.

Although Alison had kebabs for the first time, she soon learned it from watching how the others grilled the meat.

Alexa was chatting with someone. Alison quietly grilled the meat and put it in Alexa’s bowl.

Halfway through the meal, Alexa finally noticed that the ready-made meat kept appearing in her bowl. She turned sideways and saw Alison picking up meat for her.

The other boys at the same table were also noisy. They got high and suggested drinking rounds.

Benny picked up a glass of beer. "Luis, I'll toast you. Come on, bottom up!"

Luis looked at her coldly. "I don't drink."

"Come on, for the sake of our friendship."

Luis picked up his juice and clinked glasses with her. "Cheers."

With that, he raised his head and had a sip.

Benny was not offended. She knew that Luis rarely clinked glasses with others.

"Come on, guys! Let's drink this together.

We won't go home until we get drunk!"
