Alison didn't want to be late for her first day at the new school.
After washing up and walking out of the bathroom, Alison saw Blaze who was already sitting at the dining table. Blaze also saw her and said with a smile, "Good morning."
"Good morning, brother."
Alison wasn't used to calling Blaze that way yet, so she lowered her head with a red face in embarrassment.
Blaze smiled and handed her a glass of milk.
Alexis and Justin walked out of the kitchen. Alexis stopped filming in the past few years and was always at home.
"Alison, good morning. How did you sleep last night?" Alexis asked.
"I slept quite well. Aunt Alexis."
Alison looked at Justin and said, "Uncle Justin, good morning."
Justin nodded and said, "Morning."
After the four of them were seated, Alexis was afraid that Alison would be uncomfortable, so she took the initiative to sit next to her and told her about the new school.
Alison listened and nodded her head in response. She was very well behaved.
Looking at Alison, Alexis liked her a lot. She always wanted to have a daughter.
However, after she gave birth to Blaze, Justin hid from her to get a vasectomy because he did not want to have a second child.
Blaze was a good boy and his personality was very similar to his dad's.
Justin was good to Alexis, but he was cold to others. Blaze inherited Justin's character and was very patient and gentle with Alexis.
Alexis thought it would be great to have a daughter, so after meeting Alison, Alexis immediately went through the adoption process.
As soon as Alison appeared in the classroom, several students looked at her. A girl with a round face and pink-framed glasses came over and said, "You're Alison, right? I'm class president Belinda Bryant. Your seat is the last one in the second row. I've got the new textbooks for you. I'll take you to get your school uniform after recess.
Belinda was warm and friendly. When she saw how cute Alison looked, she couldn't help but lower her voice.
Alison nodded and said, "Thank you. "
"You are welcome. You are just sitting there for the time being. Don't be afraid. The seat will be rearranged after the monthly exam." Belinda added.
"Okay."
Alison answered and walked to her seat
with her school bag in her arms.
She walked to her seat and saw the new textbooks placed on her desk. The classmates sitting around her hadn't come. A lot of books and worksheets piled up on the desktops of all her classmates except for her seatmate. In contrast, her seatmate’s desktop looked excessively empty, without a single book on it.
