Scarlett walked over and pulled his hand.
Blaze disliked such intimacy, but since the other party was Scarlett, he could put up with it.
"His hand is cold. Would you give him a jacket?"
When Alexis heard that, she touched his hand and sighed, "Ugh, I urged him to put on a jacket just now, but he flailed around in protest."
Blaze was over one year old. Although he hadn't learned to talk, he could understand what his mother said.
Upon hearing Alexis's complaint, Blaze babbled and waved the wooden spoon.
Alexis snorted, "He has a temper."
Scarlett smiled, sat down across from
them, and asked, "When will your new drama hit the screen?"
It was the first drama that Alexis had starred in after she gave birth to the child.
It took three months to shoot. On the last Hometown Day, Justin took Blaze to see her, and they celebrated the festival there.
Alexis helped her son put on his jacket, held his face, and kissed him. "Soon, I think. Ah, I missed my baby so much back
then. "
Scarlett arched her brow and said, "Look, he is smiling.”
Scarlett and Alexis hadn't seen each other for a while. They had got lots to catch up on.
Most of the topics were certainly about
Blaze.
Like before, Scarlett played the role of a good listener.
About one hour later, Blaze started to cry. Without a choice, Alexis called Justin over.
Suddenly, she felt dizzy, and her vision was blurred.
Just then, Scarlett remembered that glass of water she had drunk earlier.
She was so careless.
Darkness then came over her eyes, and she passed out.
It got dark early in March. A black Rolls Royce stopped in front of the mall, and out came Raymond.
Raymond gave Scarlett a call, but no one was answering the phone.
He soon realized that something should have happened to Scarlett. His face clouded over, and he dialed Frank's number.
As soon as he hung up the phone, a text message came in. Raymond opened it and bristled at the sight of a familiar name.
The sender was none other than Mendes's wife, Tiera. That man had been thrown into prison not long ago. There was a simple line of words. "Mr. Shaw, release my husband if you want to save your wife."
