Flirting With My Ex-husband novel Chapter 1067

Raymond closed the gate. When he turned around, he saw Scarlett looking at him.

Seeing Raymond looking at her, Scarlett smiled and asked, "Who were you talking to?"

Raymond walked up to Scarlett, closed the umbrella, and handed her the bunch of roses he was holding. "A stranger," he answered.

Scarlett raised an eyebrow and then she looked down at the roses, "Is it for me?"

"Yes." Raymond answered, "Are you hungry?"

Apparently, he didn't want to mention the woman who had just knocked on the gate.

Scarlett actually had seen the woman.

When Raymond opened the gate, Scarlett had already come out of the villa and had been standing inside the pavilion for a while. She asked Raymond the question on purpose.

Since Raymond had told her it was a stranger, she would not bother with it.

Scarlett lowered her eyes and took the bouquet.

It was raining. Raymond had just picked the roses from the garden, and the petals were dotted with raindrops. The fragrance of the roses was even stronger than usual.

"No." Scarlett looked up at Raymond and squinted her eyes. "Did you pick the roses from the garden? Aren't you afraid Alexander will get mad?" "Don't mind him." Raymond answered nonchalantly.

While the two were talking, the doorbell rang once again.

Scarlett let out a soft tsk, "The stranger ringing the doorbell again?"

"It's inconvenient for you to walk in such weather. I’ll have the staff send you back." Scarlet inclined her head to look at Raymond.

Raymond then took out his cell phone and made a phone call.

Although the estate was closed to the public, there was always staff on duty to facilitate the film shooting.

Scarlett then smiled at Lola, "Please wait a moment. The staff will be here in a moment to send you back. My husband and I have work to do. Excuse us."

After that, Scarlett slowly closed the gate, a soft smile on her face all the time.

Lola stood in the doorway, her mouth slightly open but not uttering a word.

The couple had caught her off guard. Soon, the gate closed again.
