Talented Heiress A Rose with Thorns (Yvette and Wilson) novel Chapter 901

Yvette had been keeping secrets from Wilson. Yet, he never seemed to notice.

Wilson had listened to Yvette and left her behind instead of taking her with him, leaving her in a dangerous situation.

"How is Yvie now?" Wilson's forehead was creased, his guilt overwhelming him. His voice trembled with emotion as he continued, "I want to see Yvie—"

Xavier interrupted him, "No way!"

"Anyone who tries to stop me will die." Wilson's captivating eyes turned bloodshot, like a wild beast that had lost its reason, fierce and terrifying.

"Such arrogance!"

Xavier was unmoved, his cold, threatening gaze fixed on Wilson. "This is the Dark Organization's territory."

The air was thick with hostility as tension built up between the two. Just then, a hoarse, exhausted voice rang out. "Let him in."

Upon hearing the familiar voice, Xavier froze and then turned around in disbelief.

"Mr. Maximillian, what did you say?"

Wasn't Theodore supposed to hate Wilson and was determined to kill him? And hadn't his failure to protect Yvette forfeited any right to see her?

Why, then, would Theodore allow Wilson to set foot in the Dark Organization again?

Theodore's face was even paler than before, weariness etched into his features. He was clearly drained from using the last of his energy to treat Yvette.

"Yvie needs him by her side now."

Theodore was more unwilling than anyone for Wilson to get close to Yvette. But Yvette was his most beloved apprentice. He had long considered her his daughter. Even in her unconscious state, she was still murmuring Wilson's name.

Chapter 901 2

Yvette loved him, too. They should have been a perfect match, so why did he have to be the son of Arthur Quinn?

On one hand, there was his wife's and daughter's tragic deaths. On the other was Yvette's happiness.

Theodore's eyes were filled with a mix of hatred and hesitation, and the pain in his head felt unbearable. His already strained body could no longer hold up.

Chapter 901 3

"No need..." Theodore pushed Xavier away, forcing himself to stand straight, though his face was still pale and grim.

Theodore didn't want to hurt Yvette, but how could he forget his wife and daughter's tragedy?

They had only been preparing a birthday surprise for him at home when they were brutally murdered. If he didn't avenge them, how could he ever face them in the afterlife?
