Yohan's lips curled triumphantly, and his grin was maniacal. "What a hopeless fool. You blew up Shadow Alliance's casino, and yet you have the gall to show up in Yenosha. Today is your last day on earth!"

"That's my line, actually." Yvette's delicate lips curved into a cold smirk. She looked at Yohan like he was a moron. Her tone might've been carefree, but it was laced with arrogance. "Your time's up."

"What did you say?" Yohan simply couldn't believe what he was hearing. The little bitch was staring death in the face. How dare she act so cockily? Who gave her the courage to do so?

"What are you waiting for, Mr. Galanis? Hurry up and seize that little—" Yohan didn't even manage to finish his curse before Apollo strangled him.

"I will not tolerate such an impudent attitude toward Ms. Murray!"

Yohan coughed and gasped for air. He couldn't breathe when Apollo had such a firm grip on his neck. His cheeks turned red, and he was visibly bewildered. How did it come to this?

Yvette blew up Shadow Alliance's casino. As such, the members of Shadow Alliance should've hated her with a burning passion. So, why was Apollo defending her like this?

"Have mercy… Spare my life this once…" Yohan continued to cough between pleas. "I'm from the Reed family… You can't do this to me…"

Apollo heard what Yohan said, but he remained motionless. The Reed family meant nothing to the members of Shadow Alliance. Killing Yohan would be as easy as squashing a bug.

"What would you have me do, Ms. Murray?" Apollo raised his head and looked at Yvette respectfully. He was asking for her instruction.

Yvette leisurely leaned against the wall and crossed one long leg over the other. She didn't even bat an eye at Yohan, who looked miserable, as she asked Skyla, "What do you want to do with him?"

Skyla held Yvette's arm and leaned on the latter's body. She looked at Yvette shyly and said, "Make sure he doesn't pester me in the future. That's all I ask."

"At your command, Ms. Murray." Naturally, Apollo did her bidding.

Meanwhile, Yohan heard what she said and nearly passed out from the intense fear. He tried bluffing his way out. "You wouldn't dare. The Reed family will not let you off the hook if you do this to me!"

"Okay." Yvette wore a sinister expression on her delicate face, and her tone was extremely arrogant. "Tell them to come at me with everything they've got."

Not only was Yohan intimidated by Yvette's imposing air, but even Apollo was dumbfounded. Meanwhile, Skyla stared at her with starry eyes. Yvette was just too badass.
