Diamond woke up very early at dawn and went on a jog around the court.
Unfortunately, she didn’t see any of her neighbors during that time. When she returned to the villa, she went to her bedroom, where she started taking a shower.
When she was done with her preparations after the shower, she took her things downstairs and wasn’t surprised to see Aunt Janet, who was just entering the villa, to start her day.
When Aunt Janet saw her, the middle-aged woman was very happy to see her, as they had not seen each other for a while now.
"Welcome back, Miss!"
Diamond smiled brightly at the lady and responded to her, "It’s good to be back. How have you been?"
"Everything was fine and your side?"
"It went exceptionally well!" while beaming with excitement and confidence, Diamond said.
She couldn’t help but recall how much fun she had while in Srad. Especially when she thought of how she gave Theresa a lesson. She became happier.
Seeing her happy like that, Aunt Janet, who knew nothing of what Diamond was doing in Srad, felt happy for her employer. It was great to see her being like that.
However, she couldn’t spend most of her time talking, as she had a lot of work to do.
Seeing Diamond all dressed up, she began to panic a bit, so she asked, "Are you leaving already?"
Diamond looked at Aunt Janet without perceiving anything and answered brightly, "Yes. when Ruby wakes up, just tell her that I am gone."
Seeing that Diamond didn’t seem upset since she hadn’t prepared breakfast for her, Janet was relieved.
"Okay, I will inform her."
After chatting a bit with Aunt Janet, Diamond left the villa.
Since the Dentley remained in Srad, Diamond took her Arcadelle SUV to work since she didn’t want to use the Angel XI.
Diamond hummed along to the songs playing on the radio as she headed for work. Upon arrival, she unlocked the doors, since she had a pair of keys for that.
She then entered the building and made her way to the top floor, where her office was.
After so much hard work, the building was finally fully renovated, so the staff no longer needed to squeeze together on a few floors.
Sitting inside a spacious office around seven, Diamond began to start working. And with Andrea by her side, Diamond’s workload was slightly lessened.
Andrea would read important emails to her while she dealt with other things.
By the time it was eight, Diamond was done with all the unfinished work she was supposed to work on.
Around nine that morning, she called all department heads to the conference room, where she held a meeting that lasted until eleven o’clock.
After discussing everything that was needed, Diamond finally felt as if she could breathe.
Ruby was busy as usual. And finally, Diamond got to know what her little sister was up to, and honestly, she felt proud of her.
Although Ruby was young and just a high school graduate, she was hard-working and wasn’t the kind to cry and complain.
Faith, the fan who was hospitalized, was slowly getting well. And that was good news for her and the foundation.
What made her jubilant was the number of people coming for counseling, whether as individuals or as groups, to the foundation.
She was happy that people were finally recognizing them and willing to receive help for whatever issues they had.
Since she hadn’t eaten breakfast, Diamond had an early lunch at the restaurant and was very satisfied with the quality of the food.
Seeing that, she couldn’t help but think of opening another business. It’s been a while since she had started something new.
The foundation was working properly even without her interference, and the Diamond Farm was doing well.
After having her lunch, she went to check on the vegetable store and the butchery. She was glad when she saw customers buying without complaints.
After checking those two, she found out that she didn’t have anything to do anymore. She couldn’t go to check on her farm as she hadn’t prepared for it yet and since she already promised to go there on Thursday, she wasn’t going to go early.
She also didn’t want to intervene much in the projects that the foundation was taking part in, as she wanted to see how well they could work without her.
And since she wasn’t that good herself, she didn’t want to make a fool of herself, so finding something new to do was the best option.
So, to think much better, Diamond found herself stopping by a quiet café in some alley.
Diamond was wearing a purple trouser suit with a black blouse which gave that business lady vibes.
When she found the café that Andrea recommended since she knew nothing about the cafes, as she barely used to go to them in the past, Diamond was relieved.
