Diamond was in awe as she listened to Ivy. She had taken her time to come up with so many things that were very helpful to her, to be honest.
Diamond didn’t much about the money. Be it losing it or earning it. As long as that money was used to make someone’s life better than the current. Then its use was well served.
While listening to Ivy, she couldn’t help but realize that some of these benefits her staff didn’t have them.
The cost of living was currently high and if she wasn’t mistaken, there were other staff under her who were getting paid less than A$2,000. That wasn’t her fault, but the normal wages set in the industry. Anyway, they were satisfied, but if she were to increase, then it could even be better.
Anyway, she wasn’t planning on blindly increasing everyone’s wages like that. She would have to leave that matter to Nancy, Kiara, and Ivy. They would see which amount was fit for everyone. They were the ones managing the businesses, anyway.
Pa. Pa. Pa.
After Ivy finished her report, Diamond amusedly applauded Ivy. Making the super assistant blush as she shyly looked away.
Diamond chuckled amusedly when she saw that for a moment before calming down.
"Um ... thank you for such a well-detailed report. I have heard what you have mentioned and I find the benefits quite appropriate. So, let’s talk about those and what we can do to achieve that," she said seriously, tapping the desk, ideas already swimming in her mind.
Ivy’s eyes sparkled when she heard that, knowing that it was about to go down.
"When it comes to accommodation. Let us just go ahead with the purchase of houses and apartments. Like you said, we can pay for them the first month but in the period to come. Let them fend for themselves. It’s not like they weren’t able to pay before they met me.
For the commuter issues, deal with it. Tabulate the number of staff without cars and see how many buses we might need. We have a garage. So, no pressure about where to put that. We ....."
Diamond picked every single benefit and talked on it for a while providing ideas on how to settle the matter.
Anything that money could solve didn’t give Diamond any stress at all. So, she wasn’t much stressed.
Moreover, she found this report quite helpful as it made her realize that there were a lot of things that her companies weren’t doing.
For example, there was the benefit of activities. She doesn’t remember hearing anything about a social gathering or team gathering event. If the companies also do something like that, the staff would be happy.
She was reminded of the sports event that she would be attending. That was that company’s method of giving back to the staff while giving them time to play and mingle without stressing anything about work.
If she were to host something like that. Her staff would be surely pleased. They only meet online but in real life, perhaps at their houses. She wanted them to gather and have fun.
So, she talked in detail regarding that matter.
After everything had been nitpicked, Diamond added in conclusion, "Rather than letting these benefits for the agency share them with Nancy, Garnet and Kiara. Let the current benefits get updated after you have gone through everything."
Ivy was all smiles, knowing that her suggestions had been accepted, and the report had gone more unexpectedly well than she thought.
She didn’t mind talking with Kiara, Garnet and Nancy. After all, they were all doing their best to manage the mistress’s empire.
After everything had been said and done, Ivy packed her things and respectfully bid Diamond goodnight. Leaving Diamond stuck to her tablet as she went through the list of the committee members with interest.

Moments later, a four-way zoom call was underway and, on the screen, four beautiful faces could be seen.
[Garnet: What did she say?]
[Ivy: She gave the go-ahead but just in case, we should look into the benefits once more as well as other assignments that she assigned.]
[Kiara: Just go ahead and tell us what she wants done. We will split the work if it’s a lot.]
[Ivy: Perfect! I will send the list of approved benefits to you all. Take a look.]
The files were sent over to the other three, who looked at them swiftly before returning to the call.
[Nancy: There are indeed several that weren’t there in the other companies.]
