"You_" pointing her finger at Diamond once again, Eliza was enraged. Unfortunately, she was cut short.
"Let’s get this over with. I still need to continue my shopping!" in a low tone that others could still hear, Diamond softly said as she looked at the agent helping her.
Wanting to see Eliza being beaten at her own game, the agents began to enthusiastically reveal the expensive pieces that had been left for last to finish the game at once.
Eliza, who was feeling joyful after seeing the bill that was less than seventy thousand earlier, began to panic the second. She saw one dress making the bill jump to ninety-something thousand in a second.
’What kind of clothes are those?’ Eliza couldn’t help but wonder as she looked closely at the dress that had just joined the others.
And when she saw the dress being paid for, panic finally crept in as she recalled just where she had seen the kind of dress.
However, Diamond was just starting for Eliza saw the same dresses appearing one by one. Everything happened in just three minutes and yet it felt like years.
Looking at Diamond’s final bill, Eliza wanted the earth to just swallow her up.
"The total bill is A$335,650, and you have received a discount of 7%. So please pay A$312,145," the cashier respectfully informed Diamond, who was now looking smugly at Eliza.
When Eliza heard the bill amount, her body staggered, but no one bothered to touch her. In the end, she had to stabilize herself as several schemes started appearing in her head.
’There is no way she can afford something like that on her own. If I can’t win, then I will drag her down with me!’
Diamond ignored the vengeful expression of Eliza’s and took out the platinum card from her handbag before handing it over to the cashier with ease.
Seeing that card, everyone couldn’t help but look at Diamond with curiosity, respect, and awe.
Among the bank cards’ color rankings, platinum was just a rank lower than the famous black card.
And to make things interesting, it was the bank that issued the card that made everyone to be in awe and look strangely at Diamond.
Who didn’t know about the oldest bank in Athary, which was literary on par with the Athary Reserve Bank?
It was one of the best banks in Athary that was also stingy when it came to issuing platinum cards. Getting a gold one was already an honor, so seeing a platinum one, they all became curious.
’How come she has a card from ABA?’
ABA was an abbreviation for Amalgamated Bank of Athary Limited. It was one of the oldest and most reliable banks in not just Athary, but the whole world.
Diamond easily passed the card, and the cashier trembled excitedly as she completed the payment.
"The payment is successful. Thank you for your patronage!" the cashier respectfully said as she looked at Diamond with worshipping eyes.
Diamond took back her card and looked provocatively at Eliza, saying, "Your current bill plus the previous one. Both of them added together they are not even two hundred thousand dollars," while spreading her hands.
"That’s true. She has completely lost now!"
