Diamond smiled at Wyatt reassuringly as she patted his shoulder and answered, "I am sure. Besides, when will we get to race against each other?"
"But ..... racing Razor might not be a good choice. Who knows what he is planning by pointing at you?"
{Mother, Wyatt is right. I just looked into Razor and he was a bastard. He came here to target you. I don’t think it wise to race him!}
When Diamond heard Andrea reporting that, a sly smile tugged on her lips, becoming more interested in racing this individual.
She wasn’t one to avoid problems when they came knocking at her door. Since he came for her, he wouldn’t let her be just because she was unwilling.
Besides, even if she rejects Razor, who knows if there are other people like him who came for her?
So, it was better to focus on the leader and deal with him seriously to deter any other attacks that might come her way.
"I will race him. For my face as well as the club’s. Just trust me. I have a thousand tricks to deal with troublemakers!"
When the club members heard that, they were filled with mixed emotions. They wanted to trust her and leave her to, it but they weren’t sure about her abilities. They didn’t want to lose this race or face, but this was Diamond they were talking about.
In the end, Kevin sighed as he looked at Raize and nodded his head, giving the green light. When Raize saw that, she felt conflicted, but she had nothing more to say or do to convince them otherwise.
Besides, if Diamond won the race, then the honor of the club would be preserved. If she loses .... She didn’t even want to think about it.
"If you are confident, then go ahead and do it," Raize smiled as she agreed to Diamond’s demands. "When do you want to do the trial race? Should we do it now before the official races start?"
When that question was posed, all eyes were on Diamond and Wyatt.
Diamond looked at Wyatt for confirmation and he nodded at her, saying, "let’s do it now before it’s hectic. We can both rest before having other races later!"
Diamond nodded in agreement when she heard that.
"Sure, let’s do it now. I am done eating anyway." The sooner she was done with that, the sooner she would be able to go home.
She had to return home early. At the weekend, there was going to be a family outing. Besides, she wanted to celebrate her first system anniversary, somehow.
Once that was confirmed, those with fast fingers quickly typed in the groups and the news was spread throughout the racecourse.
By the time Wyatt and Diamond made their way to the parking lot where they parked their cars, everyone knew that the first race of the day was about to be had.
They were quite excited.

Meanwhile, in a certain area, a group of young men being served by skimpily dressed women were scowling and snorting after hearing that piece of news.
"Razor, what do you think she is planning to do?"
