She took out a wide and flat pan and put it on the stove and let it heat up.

While it was heating, she checked the chicken and, seeing that it was doing well, she returned to the pan and added vegetable oil.

Diamond picked the cup of chopped kimchi, added it to the pan and stir-fried it for a minute. Once that passed, she added the rice, kimchi juice, and water. She stirred all the ingredients using a wooden spoon and left it for a bit since her chicken was complaining on the other side.

She hurriedly took all the chicken out of the frier and the batter had turned golden and crisp. It looked very appetizing and made those watching drool.

With the chicken out of the frier, she turned it off and returned her focus to the kimchi fried rice.

When the rice had been cooking for seven minutes, she added sesame oil and removed the pan from the heat.

She then garnished the rice with sprinkled chopped green onion and sesame seeds before putting it away. Since she couldn’t eat it right away, doing so was the only choice.

Seeing the dish done, she didn’t forget to address her viewers.

"The friend kimchi rice is done. There are a few ingredients missing, but all the major ones are already there. So, let’s make do with what we have," she playfully said as she covered the rice.

"Now, let’s continue with the fried chicken," she shifted the focus to the other dish that she had been making.

With her attention moving to that dish, her ears perked as she heard the door opening.

’It seems that they are back!’ she surmised as she continued with what she was doing.

Surely at that moment, the three elders had just arrived and also knew that Diamond was having a broadcast. They didn’t want to disturb her, so once they entered, they went to their rooms to change.

Dinner would be served shortly, and they didn’t want to let her wait.

As she prepared the ingredients for the sauce, Diamond talked to the viewers.

"We can’t have the chicken without the sauce. Of course, you can opt to have no sauce but, in my case, I want it.

If you are preparing the sauce, you will need tomato sauce ketchup, chilli sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic and sesame oil.

If you don’t like some of these ingredients, please don’t attempt to make them or eat them. Our tastes are different. What I like, you might not like. So don’t force yourself!" she didn’t forget to remind and advice.
