After the speeches were made, everyone enjoyed the luxurious buffet provided by the club.
Time was ticking by, and by the time everyone was stuffed, Ma and Pa Perry were tired and ready to go home.
Seeing that her parents had enough and wanted to leave time for the youngsters, Diamond knew that it was time to send them off.
Knowing that the couple was leaving, all the guests decided to send them off.
After all, they couldn’t just remain in the private room and let them go by themselves.
Ma and Pa Perry wanted to decline, but Diamond insisted.
As a result, a particular scene emerged in the club, which took other people by surprise.
So far, everyone at the club knew that there was a strange gathering at the club. Some sort of party, but for who, they didn’t know.
However, when they saw a group of young masters and missuses sending a middle-aged couple, they couldn’t help but wonder if it was the party of that couple.
However, some people with discerning eyes upon seeing Diamond and Ruby their eyes lit up. fr eewe(b)nove.l.co\m
"What day is it today?" someone asked.
"The fifteenth. Why?"
"Oh! No wonder why! Haha, it’s her birthday!" the other party laughed heartily as she took out her phone and started recording.
"What do you mean?" a friend asked curiously, wondering what was going on.
As a result of that question, more people got to understand what was happening.
As for Diamond, she had managed to bring her parents to the parking lot where their cars were parked.
When they arrived, the other group stood a bit distant away from them, giving the room for the Perry family.
"Girls, remember to have fun, but don’t overdo it, okay?" Ma Perry sternly advised the three with a serious gaze.
Diamond, Ruby, and Garnet all nodded their heads in unison, agreeing to everything that Ma Perry said.
Ma Perry, seeing her obedient girls, felt even more satisfied with her daughters. Although Garnet wasn’t her biological daughter, she didn’t know where Diamond got someone who looked similar to them like that; was her daughter.
She treated her as such. And since her age was a year older than Garnet, she was still a child, regardless of what she was capable of doing.
"Don’t worry, Mom. We will be cautious."
"Hehe, we don’t have to worry much. There are so many guards around. What can happen?" Ruby playfully asked as she stuck her tongue out.
Ma Perry glared at Ruby and the other shrink behind Diamond, causing Diamond to stifle her laughter.
’Why bother to act tough when you are so cowardly?’ she found Ruby’s actions very cute and fun.
Ma Perry added a few precautionary advice before she was gently taken away by Pa Perry, who was worried about the night getting darker before leaving.
"Goodbye, girls!" Pa Perry waved farewell to the girls with the other hand.
Diamond, Ruby and Garnet waved at the couple happily calling, "Goodbye Dad and Mom!" in their tone, not a hint of reluctance to part found in it at all.
Ma Perry felt her temples throbbing at seeing how eager the kids were to send them off.
However, she understood that the kids wanted to have time to themselves and play. With them around, that won’t be doable.
