Two hours later, Diamond was alighting from the car wrapped in a fur coat and a fluffy scarf.
Who would have guessed that the weather would abruptly change and it would be snowing?
She thought that the weather was changing for the better, but alas, it just did the opposite.
Feeling like bragging about her winter clothes since it won’t be winter in Athary until June, with many months to go, she picked her black fur coat and a matching scarf. When would she be able to show off if not now?
Diamond looked at the large building in front of her and suddenly thought of her warehouse.
Wasn’t the difference between warehouses a bit too much?
Thankfully, Mr. Kwan didn’t know about her warehouse, otherwise he would feel like he won something over her.
She hated losing a lot.
She wore a smile on her face as she spotted Mr. Kwan, the man she butted heads with at the auction a while back.
It was good to see him again.
Mr. Kwan smiled as he walked towards her so that they would meet halfway, saying, "I wasn’t expecting you to come after not hearing from you for a while. It’s good to see that you fulfilled your promise!"
Diamond, upon hearing that, grinned further. She had indeed forgotten about the man until she saw a brand of noodles which reminded her of Mr. Kwan’s business.
It was only then that she remembered that there was someone like him and why not do business with him?
At least, he was someone that she knew. He wouldn’t dare play tricks on her after all the torture he went through when dealing with her back then.
And that’s how she ended up here.
However, she didn’t dare let those thoughts out as she smiled at Mr. Kwan, responding, "Hahaha. I never go back on my words. Now that I am almost done with the other things, I can freely chat with you and get some business done!"
Mr. Kwan, upon hearing that, beamed as his eyes squinted.
After tasting her prowess and powerful bank card, how could he not be happy to do business with her?
The two were like foxes, thinking their schemes inwardly, while on the outside, they were like best friends who had known each other for a long time.
Diamond really liked how Mr. Kwan welcomed her. She was more enthusiastic to do business with him.
Mr. Kwan’s business was food-oriented, and he owned a popular brand that most of the people in Gesalsi eat at least every single day. That’s how large his business was.
There should be a reason for a business to continue growing, right?
It should be providing the customers with great quality service. If customers don’t get what they asked for, they tend to boycott.
Besides, if the quality was bad, she would just not do business with him. It wasn’t like he was holding a gun to her head and forcing her.
Diamond didn’t want to waste time by going to the office and chatting nonsense when she could go around the warehouse and take a look at what was being stored.
She refused to go to the factory. Sometimes it was better to not see the process of food being made. She didn’t want to spoil her appetite and love for food.
