Diamond didn't mind people looking at her now. In fact, she was actually proud, as it had been a very long time since she positively drew anyone's attention.
When she walked into the building, the receptionist welcomed her warmly despite her cheap clothes. As she was someone with an appointment, they took directly her to the manager's office.
As soon as she saw the middle-aged man. The first thing that she did was to, "I am very sorry for coming late," saying apologetically to him with a faint smile on her face.
One needed to accept when wrong and she was surely in the wrong this time, so apologizing wasn't an embarrassing matter.
The manager, to be honest, was very shocked when Diamond walked in. For someone to afford a villa in Cherry Court, it meant that the person was a big shot.
He wasn't expecting to see a pretty face wearing clothes that didn't even cost A$500 altogether to be the owner of that villa.
He had always known that one shouldn't judge the book by its cover. He also wasn't expecting for the other to apologize as these rich people rarely put others in their eyes, so his impression of Diamond rose.
"Haha, it's okay. I hope that everything went well."
Diamond smiled brightly when she thought of everything that happened after leaving that forsaken office, "it was perfect. So, what do I need to do?"
She just couldn't wait to see her house, so she wanted to deal with the paperwork quickly. The manager could see the young lady's excitement written all over her face and decided to not take too much of her time.
Diamond began to sign the relevant documents that were needed and also listened to some history about the Cherry Court.
In the Cherry Court, there were only five villas and there won't be an addition in the future.
The Cherry Court had its own property management office that deals with all issues about the court and each villa owner will pay a certain fee to cover the miscellaneous expenses incurred in the process.
The Court was on the outskirts of the city. And it takes roughly thirty minutes to one hour for one to drive from there to the C.B. D which wasn't too bad.
Diamond was very satisfied with the court and decided to see more when she went there.
The manager gave her all the documents that she was supposed to get and she politely rejected for the man to take her to see the house.
Diamond then drove out of the city and since there wasn't any traffic. She only took around forty minutes before she was at the Cherry Court gates.
It would have been easy for her to drive right through it since she owns a villa there, but because she hasn't been registered yet, she needed to go through another process again.
Diamond was taken to the office where she began the registration process and got acquainted with the property management office employees at the same time.
"These are two passcodes that you will use for the gate. You may keep one for yourself and if you have another family member, you may give it to him/her. there is ............."
The second floor has six bedrooms which have bathroom en-suites, so there is no need for people to share the toilet or bathroom in the future, and a small library. f.re(e) w.e(b)nov el.c.om
