Chapter 442: Chapter 440: THE PROMISED BROADCAST

"Sis, you need some help?" Ruby called out to Diamond, who was busy setting up the living room where she planned on doing a live broadcast in a while.

Diamond, without raising her head, replied, "Nope. Just help Mom on that side. I will be done in a jiffy!" rejecting her help.

Ruby sulked upon hearing that but didn’t keep on clamoring to help. Since the other didn’t need her help, she might as well do different things.

As for Diamond, setting the place wasn’t that a big deal. It was all about organizing the cushions to make a very comfortable sitting area for when she started broadcasting. That was all.

When she was done organizing the cushions, she went to the kitchen, where she got herself a tray with some water and juice. She took this to the living room and set it in place.

After that, she went upstairs to her bedroom, where she changed her clothes into a set of grey pajamas and a matching pair of sleeper shoes.

Diamond took out the drone and set it up. As she went downstairs, the drone went into invisible mode, faithfully following her.

"D, are you about to start?" as Diamond entered the living room, her mother called out to her.

Diamond looked at her mother with a smile as she nodded. "Um. I am starting. You need something from me?"

Belinda shook her head when she heard that. "Nope. Just asking!"

Diamond chuckled lightly when she heard that and winked at her mother before walking away.

Belinda shook her head with a smile as she shifted her focus back to the food that she was preparing.

To spend time with family, Janet was given some time off for the night, so she was cooking. Ruby was supposed to be helping, but the little girl was nestled in the other living room next door on her phone, doing goodness what there.

Nonetheless, as the mother, she needed to feed her family and, being under the same roof as now; she felt happy disregarding the circumstances that led them to be together right now.

As for Diamond, she settled herself on the cushions, her phone and tablet in hand as she clicked something on the phone’s screen.

Moments later, a projected screen appeared in front of her, showing five partitioned screens of the platforms she was going to be broadcasting on.

When the screens appeared, notifications were sent to every follower of hers on the five platforms.

With the countdown showing on the screen, in less than a minute, the red dots were blinking, showing that she had gone LIVE.
