SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS novel Chapter 381

Chapter 381: Chapter 378: A HEATED ARGUMENT!

Diamond sent the two first before driving back home. She didn’t feel like staying out for longer.

The girls had work to do, and she wasn’t going to disturb them. There was so much that she could do at home.

For example, looking at the information about the music show she was going to be attending in two days. Or practice her alchemy or martial skills in the space.

So, she drove happily towards her home and when the mood was going perfectly well, as a person who had another major problem of hers solved, her phone started ringing.

’Who can it be?’ she wondered as she looked at the car monitor screen only for her expression to turn blinding, beaming with joy upon seeing the caller ID.

How long had it been since she talked to him?

It’s been ages, and she was missing him so much.

As if injected with chicken blood, Diamond clicked the answer button on the monitor screen, the call going automatically on speaker, "Hello dear!" and she greeted enthusiastically.

[Diamond ..... what the heck did you send me?] and the response was quite chilling.

What the heck is this guy talking about? She was baffled, her fingers freezing on the steering wheel, in disbelief at the tone and how he was calling her.

"Sulli, what kind of pepper did you eat? What are you talking about?" infuriated with how the other was talking to her, she furiously asked.

There was no hello baby or dear. How are you? I missed you. But he had the guts to send her such a message. Was he seeking death?

[Pepper? Diamond, you have the energy to even joke around right now. don’t you know what you sent?] The retort came pretty quickly.

How could she not know what she sent?

Was there anything bad about the message she sent?

Besides, why was he overreacting like this? Didn’t she clarify when she sent the message?

Wasn’t this how a guilty person always reacts? Could it be that he .....

"You, you tell me what the heck is going on yourself? Whoever knows you and me, sent me that damn provocative photo and all I did was send it back to you and warn you!" she gritted her teeth as she said angrily, her hold over the wheel very strong. "But instead of exchanging pleasantries and at least telling me that you will look into it, you dare call me and accuse me?" she laughed mockingly as Sullivan’s tone earlier kept on ringing in her head.

[You ...]

Crack. Crack.

Diamond’s finger joints made a cracking sound as she left the wheel, and Andrea took over, cutting Sullivan who was obviously about to say something infuriating and said, "You are my boyfriend and honestly it is just a few people who know my number. And yet I received something like this!" just thinking about it, Diamond felt like sinking her nails into someone.

"I didn’t even accuse you but kindly warned you. But what are you doing?" she asked mockingly. "Tell me. What the f** are you trying to do right now?"

[Hehe, I see your true colors now!]

Diamond: ....

[To think that you don’t trust me enough and dare think of me like this. Do you even love me?]

Diamond: .....

What the heck is this dude on to think and even talk like this?

[If you trusted me, you wouldn’t even send me that message. What do you want me to think when you send it? And is this how you talk to your boyfriend? Don’t you have manners?]

’What the ....?’

Diamond felt all the heat rising from her toes all the way to her head. She could even smell the fumes. Something was burning inside her and honestly, she just wanted to burst.

"How dare you speak like that to me, Sullivan?" Diamond clenched her fists, veins popping on her head and her jaws tightening as she glared at the screen as if she could see Sullivan there.

’This man must be drunk somehow!’ she thought tiredly as she listened to the string of questions.
