Diamond sent the two first before driving back home. She didn’t feel like staying out for longer.

The girls had work to do, and she wasn’t going to disturb them. There was so much that she could do at home.

As if injected with chicken blood, Diamond clicked the answer button on the monitor screen, the call going automatically on speaker, "Hello dear!" and she greeted enthusiastically.
