Surely as soon as she approached the men, one of them, who looked shorter than the three wearing a striped suit, stepped forward with a flattering smile on his face as he looked at her.
Seeing that they were indeed there for her, Diamond wore a smile of hers as she came to a halt, wondering what these men wanted.
"Ms. Perry, sorry for stopping you like this. I am Donald, and the manager of Moonlight Lounge in Frin, it’s my greatest honor to welcome you here!" Donald, the man in striped suits, said flatteringly as he looked at her.
Upon hearing that, Diamond felt that she deserved it. After all, didn’t managers also go crazy whenever a client buys millions’ worth of goods, even at malls?
"Thank you for welcoming me and it’s nice to meet you!" Diamond returned the greeting politely without putting on airs.
When Donald saw Diamond’s bearings, he sighed with relief, happy that unlike those pompous scions without money who always make things difficult for others, the real deal wasn’t like that.
"The pleasure is ours. Is this your first time coming here?"
"Yes, it is." Diamond didn’t bother to hide that fact.
Donald’s eyes lit up upon hearing that. "If you don’t mind, how about we show you around and get you acquainted with the place?"
Diamond sized Donald, wondering what he was up to before she looked at the other two men as well.
Unfortunately, she couldn’t see anything and ended up just thinking that the reason why they were doing that was to get acquainted with her. After all, she was a big shot of some sort.
"Sure, that will be lovely!" she said, smilingly agreeing to the proposal.
Donald and his friends sighed with relief upon hearing that. Without further ado, Donald started leading Diamond and her sisters to the club.
On their way, Diamond learnt the names of the other two men namely, Hillary and Tom. These two weren’t exactly staff but partners to the club.
They were business owners and had some reputation in the community and Srad as a whole.
It didn’t hurt to meet with other business people, so when they handed her their business cards, Diamond took them and also gave them hers. Or should she say Nancy’s since she didn’t want to be bothered?
Since she has a secretary, why should she answer every call?
As soon as the seven of them plus several masculine bodyguards shielding them from each side entered the club, all focus suddenly fell on them.
"I haven’t seen Mr. Donald being respectful to anyone in a very long time!"
"That’s true and to think that it’s a young woman."
"What if it’s the four of them?"
"Hehe, anyone with eyes can tell that the one in gold and blue is the leader there."
"But damn, how can all of them be so beautiful?"
"Do you think that they did cosmetic surgery?"
"If they did, then I want to know who their doctor is. I want to schedule an appointment."
Meanwhile, Diamond, being curious as she was, bombed Donald with questions. He was the one who wanted to give a hand, so he might as well satisfy her curiosity.
The girls didn’t forget to pay attention, as Donald was giving them a walk-through of the club itself. Members like Diamond were on par with shareholders themselves. They were their gods, so they were taken care of in a special way all the time. f.r(e)e\webn.ovel.co\m
