Diamond wasn't planning on making things difficult for others or sticking to a price that would make others be reluctant to buy. The market was practically fair, and there were several people there who were already in the poultry business.

The price of a chicken was A$70, and this was the price for broilers. The price for the traditional chickens, also known as road-runners, was A$100, which was quite expensive when compared to the others.

But in consideration of how healthy her chickens were and the resources she spent on the farm; she wasn't going to charge the flat price but slightly increase a bit to show how unique her fowls were.

"It's just A$10 higher than the rest, A$80 per chicken," without batting her eyelashes, Diamond revealed the prices.

Janet would have gotten angry if it was someone else who quoted such a crazy price, but this was her boss and her chickens were just so damn good. She wouldn't care if it was quoted at A$100.

"Sure, I want some," the other happily agreed, and Diamond did her first transaction at that very moment.
