Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3398

Grandma May smiled. “Sure.”

“I’m not talking to you anymore. I’ll go out for a walk. Do you want to come with me, girls?”

Sugar stood and asked Serenity, Camryn, and Elisa.

The three of them got up as well. Sugar was a guest, while Elisa was the host. If the guest wanted to walk around, then it was only proper that the host accompanied.

Hence, the four ladies escaped.

Sonny had wanted to follow his Aunt Ser. However, he remembered he had to accompany Patrick and had no choice but to watch as Aunt Ser left.

Luckily, Uncle Zak was still with him.

Aunt Ser would definitely return as long as Uncle Zak was around.

The other young masters of the Yorks left after some time. They still had matters to attend to.

More importantly, they were still single and feared the elders would mention them in their conversation.

Anthony also found an excuse to sneak away.

He was the only one among the three Stone siblings without a partner. Not only were his parents keeping an eye on him, but even his siblings were starting to worry about his future.

“Stay, Dylan.”

Grandma May stopped Dylan from leaving.

Dylan, who already stood and was about to leave, was puzzled. He asked, “Is there anything you need, Nana?”

She probably did not need a ride home because Zachary and Serenity were still there.

Grandma May had invited the elders to Wildridge Manor. The York brothers would have to return to the manor tomorrow to host them.

“Sugar had just come to Wiltspoon recently. She’s in an unfamiliar place without a car. Can you send her to our hotel? Help her check-in and foot the bill.”

Dylan raised his guard. Was his nana playing matchmaker again?

Clive replied, “Our home can’t fit another person, so Ms. Sugar has to stay at a hotel. The best hotel in Wiltspoon belongs to the York family. That’s why we decided to let Ms. Sugar stay at Wiltspoon Hotel.

“Grandma May.”

Clive turned to the old lady and added, “I’ll pay for Ms. Sugar’s hotel fees. Mr. Dylan doesn’t have to pay for it, but I’ll need his help to drive her to the hotel. I can pay him for his trouble as well.”

Dylan said, “It’s not about the money.”

He simply did not want to give Sugar a ride.

Even a fool would know what his nana was up to.

Was she pushing Sugar to him after Imogen?

He did not even know Sugar’s name and origin, let alone her family background.

Grandma May must have chosen Sugar simply because she was Silver’s disciple.
