Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3135

“Remember to send me the menu you’re planning for tomorrow and the list of things you’ll need.” Dominic reminded Austin before leaving.

“Okay.” Austin saw him off from the door and headed back in once he was out of sight.

The accommodation provided was a one-bedroom apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. It was around 750 square feet and did not seem big to Austin, who was used to living in a big house. For ordinary people though, these were top-tier accommodations.

It was fully equipped with all-new daily necessities too.

Austin dug out his phone to take a video of the apartment and sent it to his family group chat before captioning: [This is the apartment the O’Connors provide to their chefs. It’s a pretty nice place to live in.]

It could even compare to the starred hotels outside.

Tania immediately called Austin.

Austin had just walked into his room and was placing his bag on the bed when his phone rang. He sat down before answering his mother’s call.

“Austin, did you get it?” Tania asked. She had mixed feelings about it. She hoped her son would get it but did not want him to at the same time.

No matter how you looked at it, Austin was a York. As his mother, Tania was reluctant to let him go to a faraway place to be a private chef and she was sad about it.

However, she could not stop her son from going.

Besides, he also had to win over his future wife.

She wondered how Grandma May managed to travel far and wide to find a bride for her grandsons at her age.

No wonder she spent such long stretches of time away from home.

Isabella’s pedigree and background satisfied Tania very much.

However, once the satisfaction phase passed, Tania worried a little that Isabella might not acknowledge Serenity as her senior and the future head missus when she married into the family eventually.

Would they argue? Would Isabella bully Serenity just because she herself came from a good family?

Serenity did not have anything back then. She had just been the owner of a small bookstore. No matter how internally dissatisfied Tania had been with Serenity’s pedigree, she had never done anything to tear her son and daughter-in-law apart, much less bully her.

Now that Serenity had established a firm foothold in the family and had her own business, she could help aplenty in managing the smaller family businesses the head missus was in charge of, though she had not completely mastered it yet.

Truthfully speaking, Tania was content with Serenity now.
