“Greetings, Sir!” Bronson said respectfully.

“Haha! At ease!” Zach replied with a smile before delivering Nathan's message to him.

What? President Cross still remembers me? On top of that, he's even going to award me in person after this mission?

Bronson was so touched that he teared up on the spot. “I won't let you and President Cross down, Sir!”

Zach nodded. “Go pick out a hundred elite soldiers and have them disguise themselves as fishermen. I want them on standby near Daragon Island to defend it against the enemy forces. Do not mess this up!”

“Yes, Sir!” Bronson responded with a salute.

After ending a meeting with a bunch of officials in the White House, Nathan summoned Sage and Hailey to his office and had them keep a close eye on Project Ragnarok.

As Lothar was his master, Nathan couldn't possibly sit around and do nothing while he was locked up in Heavenly City.

Nathan planned on having the Secret Service and intelligence department find out more about Heavenly City before launching a rescue operation.

Having received their orders, Hailey and Sage then stepped out of the office to carry out their duties.

Moments later, Penny stepped in with Kylie and Ava holding her steady by her sides.

Nathan got to his feet the moment he saw his wife at the door. “Penny? Why did you come over?”

“You've been having countless meetings ever since you got home! Do you even realize what time it is? I came to remind my workaholic of a husband that it's time for dinner!” Penny replied.

It wasn't until Nathan glanced out the window and saw the city lighting up that he realized it was already late in the evening.

Seeing as Kraven had made up his mind, Nathan asked, “What do you plan on doing after you leave?”

“I'll probably return to Ariarica and head over to Doom Canyon,” Kraven replied.

He knew Nathan was going to try and talk him out of it when he saw the frown on his face, so he added, “Don't worry, Mr. Cross. I won't do anything foolish. I'm just going to spy on them in secret and hopefully find some useful information on Master. I won't ruin your plans by barging into Heavenly City or anything.”

Nathan let out a helpless sigh. “All right, then. Ariarica is filled with dangers, so you need to be extra careful.”

“I will!” Kraven replied with a smile and began walking off.

After taking a few steps, he paused in his tracks and turned around to look at Nathan as he said, “Nathan, I hope you'll let me call you Nathan like I used to back then. As you know, I have spent most of my life serving Master, so I never knew what it was like to have a family of my own. However, during my adventure with you and Kerry, I was able to experience the warmth that only a family could bring. Thank you all very much!”

Kraven then bowed respectfully at Nathan before walking off.
