Bang!
The door to the VIP room flung open.
At first, Matias thought that Janice had shown up, so he smiled. He was about to speak when he realized that the visitor wasn't Janice, nor the nurses at the hospital.
It was the man he feared the most, Nathan Cross.
Nathan showing up there didn't just scare Matias to his core, though.
Fredrick, Trevor, and Landen, who were also in the room, turned pale with fear as well.
Nathan had his hands behind his back as he strolled in nonchalantly. His tone carried no warmth. “Huh, looks like you are having a blast here. Life is treating you well, eh?”
Matias had a horrible expression on. “Nathan Cross, how dare you show up in front of us?”
“What's there for me to be afraid of?” asked Nathan.
Ah, he's right. He's the reason we're hospitalized, so why would he be scared of us?
Matias turned red with anger but pale with fear. He looked strange because he was angry, but was too scared to speak arrogantly. More than anything, he worried that Nathan would attack them once more.
He ended up suppressing his anger and saying, “Don't you gloat, Nathan Cross. General Quillen has reported all your misdeeds to the Chief Military Governor, who has agreed to punish you. Just you wait. Misfortune will befall you soon.”
Nathan had a skin-deep grin on. “Oh, I don't know about that. I do, however, know that misfortune will rain down on all of you if you do not apologize to the doctors and nurses immediately.”
Matias and the others were both surprised and angry to hear that. They looked at Janice and the others standing beside the door before howling, “Why should we apologize to the doctor and nurses?”
Nathan replied cruelly, “Because you disrespected the military doctor and the nurses. I can't believe there are men so terrible that they would harass the very people who are treating their wounds and saving them!”
After saying all that, Nathan's gaze turned evil. He firmly announced, “All of you must apologize to them. Also, the person who touched the nurse's breast is to admit his sins right away. Break your own hand for touching her and do it now. Do not force me to do it for you.”
Matias and the others panicked after Nathan made that announcement.
Matias was particularly worried.
It wasn't until that very moment did they realize that Nathan was the one who wounded Matias and his men and landed them in the hospital.
Oh, no wonder Nathan is so fierce and shows no fear toward Matias and the others.
Janice and the nurses all stared at Nathan with appreciation shining in their eyes. He was there to get justice for them, after all.
Matias and his men all looked terrified, but no one could bring themselves to apologize.
Nathan narrowed his eyes. His tone became even cruder. “I guess none of you are going to hold on to the mercy I have offered you. Well, then you can't blame me for what happens next. It's your own fault that this is happening.”
After saying all that, Nathan rolled up his sleeves to teach those perverts a lesson.
It was at that moment that an angry roar came from behind them. “Hold it right there!”
Nathan turned around. Everyone else shifted their attention toward the door. Before long, they saw a middle-aged man rushing over with a few subordinates following closely behind.
The middle-aged man was none other than Leroy, the brother of the renowned General Quillen.
