Johnny was peeved. He hurled a punch at Nathan the moment the latter challenged him.
His fist moved toward Nathan Nathan in full momentum and strength.
“Bravo!” Wesson and Yara applauded in unison the moment they saw Johnny launching an attack. However, their excitement was short-lived.
Nathan raised his hand and dealt a retaliatory blow.
Thud'.
Their fists collided at full speed.
Crack'. Crack'. Crack'.
The audible sound of bones cracking followed.
Johnny's face twisted as time passed, and all the bones in his arm were shattered.
“Argh!”
His scream echoed through the hall.
Nathan did not give him a breather. His left hand darted out and caught Johnny by the throat, lifting him from the ground.
Johnny's eyes widened into the size of saucers even as his scream was cut off.
The others were caught off guard too. None of them expected a slender man like Nathan would be able to singlehandedly lift someone as muscular as Johnny.
Just what is he?
Before they could wrap their heads around who Nathan was, a punch had already landed on Johnny's face.
Blood spurted out, and his whole face became disfigured.
Thud!
Nathan flung him aside in fury, still not appeased. He glared at the group of foreigners with hostility. “Do any of you want to help your friend out?”
They were so petrified they stumbled backward when they saw Nathan turning toward them.
Johnny was a bulky man. If Nathan was able to incapacitate him within seconds, none of them would be able to survive Nathan.
“Sure.” Nathan nodded, taking out his phone before reading out a series of numbers.
Wesson took out his phone in front of all the alumni and international students without even flinching. He was ever ready to exert his dominance as he called the number Nathan mentioned.
To make sure everyone knew he was not bluffing, Wesson even put the call on speaker so everyone could hear the conversation.
When the call finally went through, a pleasant and calm voice sounded from the phone. “Hello?”
Wesson put his phone near his ears, his other hand on his waist, waiting to flex. “You don't need to know who I am. Just tell me who you are first!”
A brief silence ensued. After about a few seconds, the man on the other side replied, “Melvin Glades speaking.”
Wesson felt the name sounded familiar, but since he could not recall who that man was, he continued rudely, “Which company do you oversee? What's your position over there?”
It was clear Wesson's disrespectful attitude had riled Melvin up as he answered in a low tone, “I'm from the Ministry of Education. I'm the minister, Melvin Glades.”
Mr Glades! From the Ministry of Education!
Wesson was terrified when he found out the person on the other end was none other than his superior.
