With Ray of shiny light of the sun and burd chirping take away my drowsiness. I rolled in the whole bed, feeling sore and tired.

I turned my head to the bedstead and my eyes caught the photo frame that was placed on the bedside table.

It's me and Augustus, having a sweet romantic time together when he wanted this photo and placed it here.

I glared at the man in the photo. He is insane! He took me again and again last night and now, my legs are sore and my pussy is still feeling his huge hardness there!

What should I do with his paranoid system? Sometimes, he tends to be so ridiculous!

Though I am not complaining about last night, it's a little dangerous if he keeps getting paranoid about such things!

Thinking about how to start the talk with him, I kept on rolling on the bed leisurely.

'You needed to talk to him a long time back, Charlotte. You are late to realise that.' I was interrupted by my wolf's bored tone.

'Why are you always pinching me?' I frowned at her. 'I know, I did wrong. But, I have realised it now, right? You should appreciate that!'

'I was helpless and somewhat behaved stupidly in my previous life, but now, I have gained a second chance by the grace of the moon Goddess. I am trying to make things better, but Augustus is being too paranoid.'

Sierra narrowed her eyes and then adjusted more comfortably to her place. 'I just hope you knew the reason.' She mumbled.

I noticed that and caught her. 'What do you mean? Why did you say that?'

As I was asking Sierra, I was interrupted once again by a knock on the door and I permitted the person to get inside.

'I will come back to you later! You must answer me!' I warned her before shutting her and looked at the person, who knocked on the door.

Lucinda's smiling face popped in as she walked inside with a tray filled with food and a glass of orange juice.

"Good Morning, Luna." She politely bowed and kept the tray on the bedside table before taking out the bedtable. "Here is your breakfast. Please, wake up." She said.

I rolled to the other side and groaned a little. "I don't want to eat. Take it back."

"Umm... I am sorry Luna, I can't do that. This is Alpha's order. He said you need healthy foods to overcome your tiredness." The moment her words fell, I lifted my head and glared at her.

She immediately lowered her head and I could see the smile that want to come out of her, she suppressed it well.

Okay, not her fault. That impudent man!

I rolled my eyes and then sat up with the duvet covering up to my chest.

Lucinda handed me the rove and I wear it. While I was wearing it, I heard her gasp. And when I lifted my eyes at her, she lowered her head.

I know why she gasped that way. Those marks were left by my mate of course.

I smirked, "What happened? You are behaving as if you have never seen these?"

"Oh, I was just planning a get-together with my friends. And umm, as a cousin, I also want to invite you here next Saturday. Will you join us?" She asked.

I gasped in silence. She called me to invite me to her get-together? Me? Charlotte Leighton? Who she used to dislike and say mean things too?

Did the sun rise from west today? If not, then how does she change so suddenly!?

"Umm... Okay. Thanks for the invitation. But, let me ask Augustus first, okay?"

She was silent for a second and then replied, "Yeah, of course. Ask him and let me know. But, I really do hope that you can keep the invitation. I will be happy."

"Yeah, sure. Then I will be hanging up first now." I said and then hung up.

I stared at the phone for a moment before tossing it to the side.

"What happened, Luna?" I heard Lucinda's worried tone. "Is everything alright?" She asked.

I nodded before pulling the breakfast table in front of me. "Nothing serious. Carina wants me to visit her." I took a bite of the buttered toast.

"Oh! Isn't it good news?" She asked.

"Honestly, I don't know. But, before that, I need to take permission from my mate." I said, taking another bite of my toast.
