Naturally, even Nathan was shocked by this turn of events. After all, Zivon had already mentioned getting a divorce with Jenna before this. Yet here he was, lying to Maison and checking into a hotel room with Jenna! Even so, Nathan knew that it wasn’t his place to be questioning Zivon’s actions.

With that, he was prompted to say, “…Calm down, Little Master… You promised that you wouldn’t cause trouble, remember…?”

Maison, of course, wasn’t about to calm down, especially when his call couldn’t even get through! To think that Zivon had actually turned his cell phone off to enjoy his time with Jenna! What if Aunt contacted him during that period? Hell, what if he was kidnapped again?!

Moving back to Darlsbury, Xavia had spent the past two days taking six consecutive videos. Since it was the weekend now, she decided it was high time she took a break.

Just as she was planning to bring Yulia with her to visit Dolly, Keith got to his feet while saying, “Off pick Yulia up, Xavia? Allow me to come with you.”

Throughout this period, Keith hadn’t experienced any relapses, nor had he made things difficult for her. Truth be told, he was rather easy-going and friendly. Because of that, Xavia knew that she couldn’t really refuse him.

It took her a minute, but she eventually replied, “Sure, though please understand that we’re only going to be watching a children’s movie together once we’re done visiting Dolly. You can come along as long as you don’t get bored halfway.”

Smiling in response, the gentlemanly Keith then said, “Well, I never really watched any movies as a kid, so now’s as good a time as ever to catch up. Come on, I’ll drive.”

“Alright,” replied Xavia as she carried Yulia into the car. However, she couldn’t help but notice that Loveu had followed her out.

…Why was she staring so longingly at her phone if she was only texting Dolly? Kevin, for one, wasn’t about to buy that.

Even so, Xavia had been devoted to him throughout this period of time. She had constantly accompanied him to the doctor, cooked for him, and had even made efforts to get along. Since Keith didn’t want their friendly mood to shatter—at least for the time being—, he decided not to pry any further, much to Xavia’s relief.

However, it wasn’t long before Xavia found herself staring at her phone again… Still no reply… Though she felt slightly uncomfortable, she tried not to think too much about it. He was probably just overly busy!

Either way, Xavia only met up with Dolly after getting her some fruits and flowers. Upon arriving, the two chatted for quite a while… and following that, the trio headed off to watch a movie. By the time they were finally back home, it was already nine at night…

To Xavia’s surprise, even after taking a shower and coaxing Yulia to sleep, she had yet to receive a reply from Zivon… He should’ve at least had a look at his phone after so long, right…?

Just as she was thinking about it, her message notification rang. Thinking that it was Zivon, Xavia excitedly checked to see what he had sent…! Only to find herself growing moody soon after. It wasn’t a message from him at all!
