“…Okay…” muttered Maison in a slightly disappointed tone as he firmly held onto Zivon’s arms.

Upon hearing that, Zivon got on the bed before gently placing the child beside him. After tucking Maison in, Zivon placed a hand over the boy’s stomach before saying, “I’ll leave in five minutes so you better sleep quickly...”

“Alright, Daddy… But only if you promise that you’ll take good care of yourself… You can’t get hurt, okay…?” replied Maison, prompting Zivon to nod. Despite how simple their conversation was, the atmosphere between the two was nothing short of harmonious…

Either way, by the five-minute mark, Maison had fallen asleep in Zivon’s arms. With how delicate the boy’s adorable face was, he almost looked like a porcelain doll…

Regardless, as Zivon slowly got to his feet and dimmed the room’s lights, Xavia couldn’t help but stand in surprise as she whispered, “He… fell asleep that quickly…?”

“Indeed. Let him sleep here tonight and bring him back once morning comes,” replied Zivon who honestly sounded even more charming in the dimness.

Watching as Zivon’s faint figure then began leaving the room, Xavia was prompted to nod as she said, “Alright… He should feel better by dawn, so don’t worry and just focus on your work…”

Just as Xavia was about to slip into bed, however, Zivon’s strong hand suddenly grabbed her slender waist! After being pulled toward him, Xavia soon found herself pressed against his toned body…! Instantly smelling his musky scent, she quickly found herself tensing up as she asked in a hushed tone, “W-what are you doing? Let go…!”

Though she was clearly whispering so that Maison would remain asleep, the low lighting honestly made it seem like she was just playing hard to get. With that in mind, Zivon gently lifted her chin… before kissing her without warning!

Before Zivon could say anything else, Xavia quickly added, “After all, you have a wife, do you not? Yet here you are, being intimate with me. With that said, I honestly don’t see you as a good man either. Regardless, if you leave now, I’ll just pretend nothing happened. If you choose to stay, however, I’ll just wake Maison up.”

Following that, Xavia climbed into bed before hugging Maison, leaving the pissed Zivon to stare at her back for a while… The room’s dim lighting only served to make him even more intimidating…
