Blanca couldn’t help blaming herself for what she had said to Matthew today.
She put her head between her knees, recalling everything between Matthew and her since she knew Matthew. In fact, Matthew had never threatened anyone with his identity. Instead, he had saved her several times when she was in danger.
He was almost a perfect man.
She was so lucky to meet him.
"Clatter."
The door was open. Matthew was still wearing the white shirt, and his sleeves were rolled up, showing his strong arms. He strode in and saw Blanca curling up on the bed like an ostrich.
Matthew walked over and asked, "You don’t look so happy."
"I..."
Embarrassed, Blanca looked at Matthew, who looked at her with worry. She was suddenly moved.
She had never thought that she could get along so well with Matthew.
A month ago, she still had quarreled with him so fiercely. Half a month ago, she had been moved by Matthew's comforting words, but because she knew the huge gap between them, she had tried not to fall in love with him.
"Matthew, were you serious when you said that?" Blanca asked with excitement and carefulness.
She was afraid that Matthew was just joking.
She seemed to really have a crush on him now.
"Oh?"
Matthew immediately realized what she was asking. He almost couldn't restrain the excitement. Did she agree to that? He was always calm and eloquent when he was confronted with aggressive business opponents, but now he even couldn’t speak fluently.
"Matthew! You b*stard! My daughter wanted to kill herself by cutting her wrist. Come to the hospital now!"
As soon as the phone was connected, a woman's roar came from it. Matthew could feel her anger through the phone. He took a deep breath. He didn't expect that Malinda would do so.
He didn’t want to care about anyone, but Malinda was a little different.
After all, she was the granddaughter of Mr. Butler.
"I'm coming."
Matthew said this and hung up the phone. He stood up and was going to walk out, but suddenly stopped after a few steps. He turned around and said, "I have something to deal with, but I’m still waiting for your answer."
“Matthew!” Blanca suddenly called him to stop.
