Pampered by my three brothers: the return of the neglected heiress novel Chapter 1100

Chapter 1100: Thus, begin the five-day vacation

Feeling a little down when things weren’t going Penny’s way was a natural reaction. But when they finally caught sight of the Pierson family rest house, she understood the reason Old Mrs. Pierson didn’t see a problem with having more people with them.

"This is not a mansion," Penny remarked, her jaw almost dropping to the floor as she gazed at the castle on top of the hill. "That is a castle."

It wasn’t just Penny who was astounded by the glorious castle ahead, but most of them. Even Atlas couldn’t help but look and stare at it.

"Wow," Slater and Hugo breathed out, followed by Allen, "Wow."

"It is designed to look like a castle, but it’s still a mansion," Zoren remarked, watching how everyone looked back at him. "Did I say something wrong?"

"That’s how you brag without knowing you’re bragging, huh?" Hugo commented quietly before setting his eyes on the window again. "Wow. I never realized my brother-in-law was rich until today. I never knew anyone who owned a castle."

"This island itself is owned by the Piersons," Atlas commented flatly, flinching when he heard the "ka-ching" sound from his second brother. Looking at Hugo, he furrowed his brows and saw the money signs in his brother’s eyes.

"This island is owned by the Piersons?" Allen asked, looking at Zoren.

"That’s right!" Benjamin smirked proudly. "But while it may be like that, the actual owner of this island is the chairwoman. From what I heard, this is where she grew up."

"In that castle?"

"I knew it," Atlas whispered. "She was lying about her age."

"It wasn’t a castle back then," Zoren answered this time, giving clarity to this. "At least, that’s what she said. It used to be a small hut, and then she got it renovated when she was older. From what I heard, it’s because Grandma remembers a story my great-grandmother used to tell her."

’That great-grandmother is also Grandma Pierson?’ Atlas wondered, narrowing his eyes suspiciously. Although this was dismissed and ignored, the person closest to him couldn’t.

"First Brother, I’m a little worried about whatever you’re thinking right now," Hugo mumbled, laughing awkwardly. His First Brother, however, ignored him and listened to the conversation, as if trying to find evidence that Old Mrs. Pierson was actually a princess.

At last, everyone finally arrived at their destination, where they would spend the next five days. Unlike its outer exterior, which resembled a real fortress, the interior carried a touch of modern sophistication and grandeur.

Even though all of them were used to a life of comfort, this was undeniably a luxury.

The Bennets, especially, were astounded as they looked up at the high ceiling, the enormous chandelier, and everything around them plated in gold. Perhaps it was because of that that the light inside seemed to sparkle beautifully.

"This is wealth," Hugo couldn’t help but breathe out. "Is everything made of gold, or am I just dreaming?"

"Not everything," Atlas clarified. On the surface, he might not appear as shocked as his siblings, but he was impressed. "But this is a lot of gold."

Was Old Mrs. Pierson really giving this to their family? The only reason Atlas knew about this house was that it was part of the will.

"This is not a mansion, Renren," Penny murmured, marveling at the interior. "Had I known we’d have more company, I should’ve taken Nina with us. She would go crazy if she saw this."

"Wow..." was the only thing Slater could say.

It was the same with Allen. "I feel like I’d have to walk on eggshells here because I don’t want to dent anything."

"What?" they returned in unison, looking up as they thought of Butler Hubert and then this Butler Lee. They didn’t look alike at all!

But all he received was a short smile before they ushered him to his room. Everyone, eager to rest, followed the maids who were there to assist them.

"Did Mark arrive?" Penny asked Butler Lee, as they were the only ones who didn’t have a group of maids to lead them to their room.

"He arrived a few hours ago," said Butler Lee, assessing Penny before smiling in satisfaction. "I’ll be leading you to your room. Shall we?"

"Mhm!" Penny happily nodded and then looked at Zoren. "Let’s go, Renren."

Zoren hummed briefly, but still, in his mind, his wife seemed too interested in Mark. He wondered what Mark had done to impress her so much.

As the two followed Butler Lee, Benjamin looked to his left and right. Everyone was already leaving, but no one came to lead him to his room.

"Uh, excuse me?" he called to the remaining servants around, pointing at himself. "What about me?"

The maids smiled at him kindly and said, "We’re afraid you do not have a room, Sir Ben."

"Huh?! How come?"

"Miss Mint dropped by earlier and told me that you’d be staying in her place. We’re sorry."

Benjamin was rendered speechless before horror slowly dominated his face. "What?! You’re telling me I should go back to the town?!"

Thus, begin the five-day vacation... that might just end in something no one else expected.
