Chapter 1356
Chapter 1356
Noticing his serious expression, Catelyn rinsed her mouth, spit out the bubbles, and asked, "What has happened? Don't scare me."
Looking at her anxious face, Cedrick couldn't bear to tell her the truth though he had initially planned to do so.
It was her mother who was hurt. Was Catelyn prepared to accept the truth?
Cedrick replied, "I admit that Ollie guessed right. I was thinking about a woman last night. But the woman was you."
At his words, Catelyn didn't know what to say. She had thought that he would say something serious.
But his expression was so serious just now that he shouldn't have cracked a joke.
She narrowed her eyes and queried, "Is this really what you intend to say?"
Cedrick smiled and walked to encircle her waist from behind and rested his chin on her shoulder. His serious expression had been replaced by his usual calmness.
"Besides, I plan to say I miss you, and I don't want our sons to divert your attention from me."
She pressed her lips and squeezed his arm around her waist
with annoyance. "If you lead our sons astray and they think about something bad and bring many women home in the future, I'll find a stapler to seal your mouth."
"The private jet is at the resort I took you to last time. After dinner, pack up and go to Fidelysia with our sons to accompany your dad, okay?"
Cedrick made a sudden decision, so when hearing it, Catelyn became stunned and stared at him in the mirror with confusion.
He let go of her waist and added, "Mom is not feeling well these days. And Dad called me last night. He probably misses you."
’ Don’t ask so many questions. I only do it for your own good. The private jet is waiting for you now. Do you go by yourself, or should I ask Eason to force you there?"
Instead of letting her stay and suffering from the scandal, Cedrick thought it would be better for her to go to Fidelysia to accompany her mom.
Cedrick really felt sorry for Summer.
Catelyn raised her eyebrows in displeasure and immediately flew into a temper, as she was sure that he was hiding something terrible from her.
"Do you think I will believe that nothing has happened since you are rushing me into taking our sons to leave Sapphire City?" After a pause, Catelyn looked fixedly at him."
Something bad about me has happened, right? What the hell has Sofia done?"
As she got restless, Cedrick regretted having urged her to go to Fidelysia.
He should have coaxed her slowly, instead of having alerted her like now.
