With movements that carried no more emotional weight than preparing a simple meal, Thal’dorven removed the Marine Lifeforms caught upon his hook, using hands that moved with casual precision to snap their necks before tossing the bodies into a bucket placed conveniently beside him.
The sight was simultaneously mundane and horrifying, speaking to a perspective that viewed beings of tremendous power as nothing more than ingredients for dinner.
Did Noah...not look at Basic Early Living Marine Lifeforms just like this?
"..."
As his gaze swept beyond the Early Creature, Noah began to observe the fantastical layout of this Blooming Shore that served as Thal’dorven’s domain.
The realm stretched across horizons that seemed to exist beyond normal spatial limitations, each area dedicated to different aspects of cultivation and development that made his own Shore seem primitive by comparison.
Vast plots filled with radiant Sacred Herbs created patterns across the landscape, their arrangement suggesting knowledge accumulated over eons of experimentation and refinement.
Each plant pulsed with its own inner radiance!
Massive and complex Sacred Totems rose from strategic positions throughout the Shore, their bells towering five times higher than anything Noah had managed to construct.
The structures hummed with authority so concentrated it was visible as distortions in the surrounding air, their presence suggesting capabilities that transcended his current understanding of what such monuments could accomplish.
Groves of trees bearing vibrant fruits created areas of concentrated life that made the very atmosphere shimmer with barely contained vitality.
Each piece of fruit appeared to contain within its flesh the compressed essence of advancement itself, promising transformations that could elevate any being fortunate enough to partake of their bounty!
Throughout this impossible garden moved five unique Early Living Land Lifeforms, their presence adding layers of complexity to an already overwhelming display of accumulated resources.
Four appeared to be of Refined status, while the fifth was clearly Eminent, its size alone dwarfing anything he had previously encountered.
The Eminent Land Lifeform resembled a crystalline stag whose antlers branched into patterns that burned to observe directly, each point containing compressed Folds that pulsed with their own weavings!
Its mere presence seemed to stabilize the Shore itself, suggesting symbiotic relationships between Early Creatures and their chosen companions.
Additional features dotted the landscape with the kind of primitive grandeur that spoke to an entity that had achieved perfection through simplicity rather than complexity.
After absorbing this impossible wonder in what felt like both an instant and an epoch, Noah’s attention snapped back to more immediate concerns as he noticed the timer for his survival trial.
Forty-five seconds remained.
The countdown felt simultaneously too long and impossibly brief, each passing moment bringing him closer to either triumph or absolute annihilation!
He looked ahead as the Marine Lifeforms around him began roaring their defiance, their voices combining into a chorus of challenge directed toward the Early Creature who had dared to treat them as mere prey.
Their combined might created waves of authority that would have impressed even Honored Living Existences, yet their display seemed to have no more effect than children shouting at a mountain!
Children trying to topple an elephant!
Thal’dorven looked up at them with what might have been amusement, his expression shifting from casual indifference to something approaching mild interest.
When he smiled, the expression carried the weight of Existence aligning themselves according to his will.
In the next moment, a single Glyph appeared upon his forehead with the brilliance of a Wheel being born.
He knew this!
