Too bad her I don’t care sounded like stubborn resistance to the homeroom teacher.

So they just kept watching Alaricka’s back, staring hard.

It was like staring at Alaricka like this would make her turn around in the next second and beg them to let her stay.

But until Alaricka walked out of their sight, Alaricka didn’t look back.

She really strode forward without stopping.

It seemed like, compared to how much they wanted Alarieka to leave the class, Alarieka wanted to leave even more.

The students pouted, “What are you pretending for?”

The piece of chalk hit her right between the eyebrows and fell to the ground.

She hadn’t opened her eyes yet when she heard the noise and commotion from her new classmates.

Alarieka opened her eyes, picked up the piece of chalk from the ground, then raised her hand and threw it hard at the girl not far ahead.

The girl let out a snort and turned her head slightly to dodge.

The girl wasn’t wearing a school uniform, just a loose T–shirt and faded jeans. She had a cheap cross necklace from a street stall around her neck. There were two lip rings on her lower lip, and her lipstick looked kind of purple.

She sat in the middle of everyone with her legs crossed all bossy and lazy, chin slightly raised, showing that fierce and bold face.

“Is it Alarieka?”

“No matter who you were, now that you are here, you have to listen to me.”

Everyone in the classroom was looking at Alarieka.

Alarieka looked at the girl with a calm expression.

I guess only Alarieka herself knew how excited she was when she saw this girl.

She already knew this girl before.
