Roxanne’s eyes turned red with grievance.

A few people were at the emergency exit. Maxwell pulled Roxanne behind him, looking like he was protecting her.

McKayla looked more annoyed.

Roxanne looked really angry and quickly said, “You were the one who called Max and told him to come. Now we’re here, and we’ve been here for a while, but you still haven’t let us see what’s going on with Stephanie. Dr. Clark, what do you mean by this?”
