"Sidney? Why are you here?" Fogort asked in confusion. Then, turning to Reese, Wrendell, and Tamsine, he demanded, "And you guys! I told you all to leave this place!"

Reese merely chuckled. "You really think you're the savior of the world, huh?" he said with a smirk. "Come on, man. Let me tell you something. Whether it's me, or these two standing beside me, we've all made our decisions long ago.

At that moment, Tamsine pulled out a small circular device from her hand. "Remember what I told you before, Aubrey?" she asked. "This little core right here is the thing I promised you. It can mimic the Chaos Talisman and absorb the weapons' powers."

Then, she walked over to Sidney, her tone soft but laced with a hint of cruelty. "Sidney, are you ready?" she asked.

Sidney blinked his eyes innocently and nodded without hesitation. "I want to save Daddy," he said sweetly.

Sidney simply turned to Fogort with a calm, reassuring gaze. "It can, Daddy. Trust Mommy."

Tamsine's gaze hardened as she faced Fogort. "Don't you get it, Aubrey? We're not like you. We would never abandon you. Even if it means dying, I’ll die with you!" she said firmly.
