Looking at Harvin, who had fully healed, Jacobo’s face was filled with disbelief.
"How is this possible? How can it be you?!" he shouted.
"Yes, it’s me. Surprised, aren’t you?"
Harvin had true energy stored within him all this time. The reason no one could detect it was due to the protection his parents had given him at birth. They had created an array using their combined true energy to shield Harvin’s true energy from detection, even preventing him from fully utilizing it. As a result, Jacobo had regarded Harvin as useless for decades.
When Jacobo shattered Harvin's bones just now, the seal on his true energy also shattered. With that, Harvin's Juggernaut Form finally emerged.
Harvin stepped in front of Leuca, blocking him. "This is a Carver family matter. Let me handle it."
Leuca nodded and retreated several meters.
Harvin began to feel the flow of true energy within his body. "That’s right, this is the feeling... That long-lost sensation, the one I briefly experienced at birth."
He activated his true energy, and his entire body became enveloped in a radiant golden light.
Harvin's body was unlike Philemon's and Maxim's powerful physiques which were maintained through years of rigorous training and constant circulation of true energy. His Juggernaut Form was an innate transformation powered by the true energy within him.
Every individual's true energy manifested differently, with most people's true energy taking on a gaseous state around them. However, for those with the Juggernaut Form, the very essence of their true energy was solid.
This meant that whatever part of Harvin's body that was enveloped by true energy was incredibly hard.
For the first time, fear appeared on Jacobo’s once-defiant face.
Harvin continued, his voice cold and resolute, "I'll change this decaying family with my own hands. You'll die as a relic of a bygone era."
Jacobo continued to beg for his life, but Harvin had made up his mind. With a firm strike, he raised his fist and brought it down. The sound of Jacobo's pleas ceased, leaving only silence.
Turning his gaze to the battlefield, Harvin noted that the fight was essentially over. Apart from a few remaining people who resisted, both the Carver and Wood families had been subdued. The battle had finally come to an end.
Harvin looked at the golden power surging in his hands. "Mom, Dad, have I... betrayed your hopes for me?"
He looked up at the sky, where the dark clouds began to part, revealing the rising sun.
