Robert looked at Athena in disbelief.
"You are not qualified to be a mother. You abandoned your children because of a man," he roared hoarsely.
However, Byron and Athena didn't care about Robert. Byron's mood turned from surprise to panic. "Thea, be obedient."
Then, there was another boom.
The balcony collapsed.
Robert, who was closer to the balcony, slid to the collapsed part.
The sea below was turbulent, and he began to fear.
Things didn't go according to his plan.
How was he going to meet Heather?
Robert instinctively reached out to grab something.
But his hands were covered in blood. He managed to grab a wooden rod but fell into the turbulent waves the next second. Then, he was engulfed.
"Athena!" Logan's voice came from a monitor.
"The house will collapse. Leave there soon."
Athena just looked at Byron as if she didn't hear Logan.
Before the moment came Athena never thought she would choose to die with Byron.
She wasn't afraid of death.
On the contrary, she was calm.
Byron found the determination in Athena's eyes.
He was heartbroken.
"Thea, don't do this."
Athena reached out and separated Byron's fingers. She entwined her fingers with his. "The wind and waves are strong. Hold my hand tightly so that we won't be apart."
At that moment, houses were collapsing one after another.
Logan had heard the voice.
When Logan saw the picture of Athena holding Byron's hand, he realized something.
In the next second, the house's electrical system was paralyzed, and the monitoring system ceased functioning.
Logan's screen turned black.
"Athena!" Logan roared.
When Dorian arrived, half of the seaside villa built on the cliff had collapsed, and the remaining half continued to incline.
Athena's car was parked not far away.
"Hurry," Byron urged.
Dorian glanced at Byron and picked up Athena to run out quickly.
Almost at the same time, the house began to collapse.
Dorian tried his best to step into the safe zone at the last second.
His face turned pale.
He looked at the house behind him. It collapsed and was mercilessly engulfed by the waves.
Maybe Athena had strong willpower. Moreover, Dorian didn't strike her hard.
After a brief faint, Athena came around.
She saw a wave smash the house's roof and sweep it away.
Athena broke free from Dorian.
She stared blankly at the huge waves and the broken planks.
However, Byron was nowhere to be seen.
"Mrs. Crawford..." Dorian was afraid that Athena would jump off, so he stared at Athena vigilantly and was ready to knock her unconscious again at any time and take her back.

The readers' comments on the novel: My Mommy Became A Billionaire After the Breakup
I am at Chapter 550 and there are almost 2 stories in 1. Aron and Evie's story could very well have been made into another story. Such a waste of time because I am reading for Byron and Athena, not Evie and Aron...
Is there no new updates after this one?...
