Her body ached the instant she moved.
As memories from last night surfaced, her body felt numb while her mind felt fear.
She turned around to see that Jasper was no longer in bed.
When Willow tried to get out of bed, her knees gave away the moment her feet landed.
She had to grab onto the side of the bed to hold herself up.
After taking a shower, she opened the closet and found no clothes for her to wear. She was forced to choose Jasper’s clothes.
She picked out a white shirt and put it on. The length of the shirt stopped just above her knees, covering her thighs. It would pass as a dress, but Willow couldn’t just wear nothing underneath, so she took a pair of pants as well.
Jasper’s pants were too long, so Willow had to fold up them up before she could walk normally.
After she was dressed, she opened the door to go downstairs.
She ran into a maid who was coming her way with a glass of water and a pill.
The maid approached her and said respectfully, “Ms. Nason, Mr. Jasper instructed us to give you this pill.”
Willow immediately knew what the white pill was about after seeing it.
It was a morning-after pill!
She scoffed. Jasper hated children after all!
He even feared that she might get pregnant.
Willow had been feeling aggrieved. However, the sight of the pill made her heart ache when she thought of her children and how Jasper didn’t like kids.
It made her furious!
She took the pill and consumed it with the water the maid had provided.
The maid returned downstairs after taking the glass away from Willow.
It wasn’t enough to vent her frustrations so she pulled at the tablecloth, letting the plates shatter on the floor.
The crab and shrimp all fell to the ground.
Leon and the maid backed away in shock.
After Willow was done, she tossed the tablecloth away and snapped at Leon, “Call Jasper and tell him that if he won’t let me leave, I won’t eat!”
Leon was too stunned to move.
Willow put a hand on her waist and said angrily, “Don’t just stand there, call him!”
Leon regained his senses. This has never happened in Royal Garden before because no one was brave enough to overturn the dining table.
Mr. Jasper may seem indifferent towards Willow, but Leon could tell that Willow was special to Jasper.
He quickly called Jasper while wiping the sweat on his forehead. He reported carefully, saying, “Mr. Jasper, Ms. Nason trashed the breakfast. She said she won’t eat if you don’t let her go.”
