Bound To My Mafia Stepuncles novel Chapter 83

I let out a soft sigh, closing my eyes, feeling the weight of the world fall away with each slow, deliberate stroke they made. It was as if they were erasing every trace of the evening’s intensity, replacing it with nothing but softness and care. The physical exhaustion was there, but there was something deeper toosomething I hadn’t fully understood until now. They weren’t just taking care of my body; they were taking care of my soul. They were making sure that I knew, in the quietest moments, just how precious I was to them.

I could feel my heartbeat slow, my breathing deepening as they continued to pamper me, and for the first time, I allowed myself to surrender completelyto them, to the moment. I wasn’t thinking about anything else but the here and now, the warmth of the bath, the quiet sounds of their voices, and the feeling of being completely enveloped in their care. It felt like safety, like peace, and in that moment, I knew that whatever came next, I could handle it because they were with me. And that was enough.

Matteo’s hands were on my shoulders, rubbing the balm in slowly, his voice hushed as he added, You handled everything we gave you. You make us proud. You make us want to protect you, to keep you safe.

Dante stood near the door, his gaze never leaving me, watching over us with an intensity that was both comforting and possessive. Let us take care of you, Aria. Always. We’ll make sure you’re okay.

Once they’d finished, they wrapped me in a soft, thick towel, gently drying my body, their hands never leaving my skin. There was a quiet intimacy in their touches now, a tenderness that made my heart ache with the sweetness of it.

They dressed me back in my clotheseach of them taking their turn to dress me in the most gentle way possible. It felt like I was floating, as if I had been placed in their hands, to be cared for, to be loved.

Then, Dante scooped me up effortlessly, holding me against his chest as he carried me out of the club. I leaned into him, my head resting against his shoulder, my body feeling weightless in his arms. Enzo and Matteo walked beside us, their hands brushing against mine every now and then, sending small shocks of warmth through me.

Once we reached the car, Dante carefully placed me on his lap, my body nestled against his as the car began to move. The motion of the vehicle was soothing, the rhythmic hum of the engine lulling me into a peaceful state. My eyelids fluttered, and despite everything that had happened, despite the soreness I still felt, I found myself slipping into a deep, contented sleep, feeling safe and secure between them.

When the car came to a stop, I slowly began to stir, my eyes fluttering open as I realized we had arrived home. Dante’s hands were gentle as he helped me out of the car, his touch warm and reassuring.
