Chapter 641 Suffering

Colin's jaw tightened.

After a long time, he asked Jadon, "Is he angry?"

Jadon shook his head, "I can't tell it."

After saying that, Jadon added, "You should know Faye's temperament better than me. Even if she is angry, she will not show it to us."

Colin said, "Yes."

Jadon said, "Are you sure you don't want to have a look?"

Colin curved his lips and said, "I'm afraid."

Hearing what Colin said, Jadon teased him, "If you had known it would come to this, you would have acted differently."

At this time, in the kitchen, Carlotta and the nurse were busy, and Faye was helping beside them.

Carlotta turned her head several times to look at Faye but said nothing.

Finally, she couldn't help walking to Faye and asking in a low voice, "Did you quarrel with Colin?"

Faye lowered her head to prepare the side dishes, smiling, "No."

Carlotta asked, "Really?"

Faye looked over at Carlotta and smiled, "Really."

Looking at Faye's smiling face, Carlotta wrung her eyebrows, "Can't you tell the truth with me as your aunt?"

Faye's face froze with laughter, and she lowered her head to fiddle with the side dishes, "Really not."

If it were normal, Faye's mood would never be known by Carlotta, but today was really special.

Seeing that Faye was silent, Carlotta did not ask again. She sighed, "If you don't want to say it, don't say it. When you want to say it, I'll listen."

Faye said, "Thank you, Carlotta."

Carlotta said, "Silly girl."

Carlotta then smiled at Colin and Faye embarrassedly, "Have dinner yourselves. I'll take him to rest."

Then Carlotta pulled Jadon up.

Jadon, who drank too much wine, did not make a scene but stumbled upstairs with Carlotta.

As the two left, only Colin and Faye remained in the dining room.

Colin filled a bowl of soup and handed it to Faye, saying in a low voice. "Honey, drink soup."

Faye paused, raised her eyelids to look at Colin, and reached out to take the bowl. "Thank you."

Looking at Faye's calm appearance, Colin was suddenly afraid and said, "Are you angry?"

Faye did not show her mood. She put down his soup and did not answer. She bowed her head and continued to eat.

Colin was silent.

The atmosphere in the dining room was depressing, Colin's thin lips tightened, and he leaned back slightly in the chair as if looking for the center of gravity to support him.

Until leaning on the back of the seat, Colin inhaled faintly. His voice was hoarse and afraid, "Honey, I know I'm wrong. Would you please say something to me?"
