Chapter 598 Nonexistent Rival in Love
Hearing Andy's words, Lance was stunned.
He liked Helen?
Why did Andy who was normally wise have this illusion?
Lance didn't say anything. Andy thought he acquiesced, so he straightened up and stepped forward with a poker face.
Seeing Andy approaching with a cold face, Lance suddenly had a bad feeling. He quickly stepped back and gave a smile to Andy. "Andy, calm down. Don't beat me."
Andy said, "She is on the side of Hank. You should know better than me."
Lance replied, "Yes, I know."
Andy asked, "Even so, you still choose to like her?"
Lance was wordless.
He had to admit that Andy's mode of thinking was different from that of normal people.
The reason why he talked to Helen was entirely due to his friendship with Hank, which had nothing to do with Helen, let alone liking her.
Lance looked at Andy face to face in reluctance.
He wanted to explain, but Andy said coldly, "If you want to leave here, remember to return my money."
Afterwards, he looked away and turned to leave.
Lance was speechless.
Gazing at Andy's receding figure, Lance was thoughtful.
He had known Andy for so long, and it seemed that it was the first time to see him so angry.
After watching Andy leave, Lance stood in place for a while and sent a message to Faye with his phone: [Faye, I want to talk to you about something.]
Faye was on the phone with Violet when she received Lance's message.
Violet said worriedly, "Tonight?"
Faye asked with a smile, "Is it convenient for you tonight?"
Violet said, "Yes, where shall we meet?"
Faye replied, "Marriott."
Violet thought for a while. "OK."
Faye smiled. "OK, see you later."
Hanging up the phone, Faye saw Lance's message. She texted: [Tomorrow.]
Lance replied immediately: [OK.]
Faye replied, "I don't think so."
Based on her understanding of Rebecca, she couldn't do such a thing after determining her mind. Even if she did, she couldn't play so realistically with her temper.
Colin and Faye were inferring the reason. Suddenly, a Maybach braked sharply and stopped in front of Rebecca and Matthew.
They turned back. The car window was lowered and Abbot put his head out of the car. He said with a fake smile, "What a coincidence!"
Matthew ridiculed, "Don't forget that you are in my place."
Abbot didn't say anything. His eyes focused on Rebecca.
Rebecca blinked and greeted Abbot with a smile. "What a coincidence."
Then she looked down at the watch on her wrist, and turned her head to Matthew. "I go inside first."
Matthew smiled and nodded. "OK."
Rebecca didn't see Faye and Colin in the distance. After greeting Matthew, she waved her hand at Abbot and turned to go inside.
Watching Rebecca entering the house, Abbot raised the window and drove into the parking lot at a high speed.
Colin said, "It's a battle without fire."
Faye smiled and sent a message to Rebecca: [What are you doing? Are you crazy?]
